I highly recommend this location of Mrs. Fields! I can't even tell you the amazing customer service that I received from the owner himself. He went above and beyond to get my son's fresh baked birthday cookies in a beautiful tin to him, even when the delivery location changed at the last minute!
PS...my son said the freshly baked cookies were DELICIOUS!!!
Thank you Bob!!! You are awesome! It's nice to know that you really care about your customers! You are my go to for gifts for my two grown kids that live in L.A.

Very delicious cookies and a very pleasant proprietor. It must be known that not all franchise locations are created equal. Some will cut corners with their ingredients, but this is not such a place. The cost may not be the lowest of prices, but that is because the ingredients are not the lowest of quality. There are very few food places that I can eat that allow me to truly enjoy without worry of allergy or otherwise. The owner was exceptionally transparent and cordial when I had to inquire as to the nature of the ingredients. This is seeming to show itself as a place that I would go out of my way to visit. My goodness, the quality reminded of home!

I tried going here three times during my lunch break at work, and I honestly don't know the times in the day it is opened. There are times where it was closed, barely opening, and there was a time when it was fully opened. Confused about the hours, but overall the cookies were good. I got the nibblers and it was a perfect sized snack/dessert. Cookies could be a little softer, but it was pretty good in my opinion.

Bill and his wife are some of the sweetest business owners. Remember when you could just go into a bakery/small store/etc. and every now and then you'd get a free cookie or a special deal because good people recognize good people? This is that kind of place.

their "nibbler" cookies are the perfect size! I love the walnut cookie with semisweet chocolate chips. The lady working there was super sweet as well. I'll be coming here whenever I get a cookie craving :)
Do not come here! Hey Cookie, but we realized that the two employees a younger woman Andy middle-aged man, neither of which were wearing masks and working with and touching the cookies. If they're not following the recommendations and requirements of wearing masks, who's to say that they are storing their cookies appropriate, Wash their hands, clean properly, etc. I was very disgusted. I had also planned to order a large birthday cookie, but as of now I will find another location that is willing and abides by the local requirements.

I made the mistake of ordering 2 cookie cakes from this location during Covid, despite the horrible reviews. My kids love cookie cakes, so I ordered them for one of my sons' birthdays. During the first visit, I paid cash for both orders as requested. I went back to pick up the second cookie cake a few days later at the time we agreed upon. Store was closed...noone answered the phone. I finally received a phone call back 15 minutes later, when the owner informed me I had the wrong time. I know the time, as I was picking it up on the way to my sons' birthday celebration. He told me to come back in 30 minutes, which I couldn't do, as I wasn't going to be late to my sons birthday (socially distanced) party. He then asked the park location and told me he would deliver it in an hour. Guess what? An hour came and went, and the whole get together came and went...and he never showed up. Shame on me for paying in advance! I learned my lesson! Never again!
