would start off by saying we had some crappy seats for a place that wasn't full, the floor was dirty where we sat and had no view of anything. secondly also what's up with the music playing you got Selena Gomez playlist with a mix of techno in the restroom. I honestly would have expected a better and clean experience especially on Valentine's Day. Overall the food was decent and the beer was warm.👎

Great vibes. You can also get one complimentary picture if you want to post and have fun and can purchase more. You can even use their instruments as props. The quality of the food was great as well and the entire restaurant was clean and everything you would look for in a restaurant.

An enjoyable evening. Touch my 15 year old grandniece and her best friend who enjoyed the tasty food. Rick atmosphere was fun and after exploring Hollywood it was the perfect way to end the day. They even moved our reservation up an hour and we didn't have to wait.

Always outstanding service and food no matter which Hard Rock you eat at around the world! This was no exception! Huge portions, great service and very welcoming staff with a great sense of humour.

Our food was actually really good at this Hard Rock! Our waiter was very nice and attentive. It take a bit to get the food out, even though we weren't there when it was super busy but it was all good for us.

The NYE experience was nothing as per what was promised. No trivia night no music until past 9:30 pm and then a jazz band that came and played a few sets and went on break again. The NYE vibe never got created. Disappointed and misled!

Food was just so-so but the servers were very friendly. The picture of the burger in the menu makes it look gigantic but when it arrived it was quite a bit smaller than you expect. Got the onion rings in place of the fries. There was an extra charge and only 6 onion rings. The ketchup was free but they charged for the ranch.

Das Ambiente hat uns nicht ganz so zugesagt wie in vielen anderen besuchten Hard Rock Café, aber alles in allem war der Abend sehr schön

Their food is very high in calories. I ended up with a bowl and added protein (salmon). It was very good. I wanted a child's bacon cheeseburger. They wouldn't do it. My friend got a chicken sandwich with fries. Afterwards he experienced a little indigestion. So it was ok. A fast meal before a show.

We have been to Hardrocks all over the world. The customer service is always top notch and this location was no exception. The new menu is really pared down from the original menu. All hamburgers are now the two patty smash burgers. There's many items that are gone. All restaurants need to make changes to stay alive. Positive experience, clean and well controlled given the tourist location

I'm pretty sure people don't go here for the food, which is only average. Service is good. Drinks are just OK. Don't forget to validate.

That was good, service wasn't as expected but that's okay, it was my child's 7th birthday and I was trying to keep it up.... They took to long to check on us.... Food was lil cold and they switched servers at the time we were there, so, server mood wasn't great...

Food was very tasty however this was hindered by the poor slow service. Staff seemed to walk about quite a lot, didn't recognise special occassions and tables left sitting for long periods. Entrees brought out before appitizers were cleared

Food was average. Our server was working hard as he had too many tables to manage and as a result, for every little thing we had to point out/ask. The timing was good and we didn't have to wait long for our food. I wouldn't go back though. The menu also had limited variety.

Very loud. Was unaware when booking the reservation that there was a footy tailgate party going on in the restaurant that took over 3/4 of the tables and seating areas. Very very loud for the other people trying to eat their food at the remain dining areas.
