The coffee was good. It's a street corner coffee place with a decent variety. I ordered a nitro cold brew and got the cold brew without the nitro and still paid full price. At least the coffee was good, but not what I wanted. The bartista could have at least told me there was no nitro or offered better choices to blow my mind, but he took orders and push through line like we were standing in line at Disneyland. Maybe they have better options, I won't be back to find out. It was busy, maybe you can try it and have a better experience.

I love Mugs, I really do. Their coffee and pastries are amazing. Their service usually top tier, I just wished I would’ve avoided it today or ordered online. the 2 girls that are in today definitely need a little more customer service skills but coffee really is great.

If youre looking for a better upgrade to that classic coffee taste, this place is for you. From their drip coffees to their latte, the flavors are straight up classic coffee taste. I recommend their Vanilla Late. It has a genuine mexican vanilla taste to it. As if it was made with white vanilla extract. Its a great spot. 5/5

I have to write a review because I had an horchata latte from a completely different store/brand. It was $7 for a small and tasted like straight dookie. I felt robbed and my coffee tasted gentrified.I've been coming to THIS store (Mugs) for over a year now, and their horchata latte, both hot and iced, is always sweet and good. Plus you get bigger sizes for cheaper, which leaves me with no regrets about how much money I've spent fueling my coffee addiction here.
