Super friendly and very accommodating. I have a gluten allergy and they were helpful to making sure I knew which options were gluten free and safe for me to eat. It's my favorite healthy food place around here. The pork is gf, flavorful, moist. They pack it so full it's two very large meals for me.

I LOVE MY LAI KITCHEN! The food is always so good, I crave it constantly because it is the perfect balance of veggies, protein, and carbs. The team here is also so nice and helpful, they go above and beyond every time!
