$20 for an egg and cheese tortilla… I understand we’re in the airport and food is going to be more expensive, but that is insane.

Why no salt and pepper? I ordered a cheese and egg croissant and it had no flavor but was nice and warm. When I asked for salt and pepper the server smiled said they had none. Why? Next time I will get GOOD food in the main terminal before making the trek to the add-on terminal for American’s smaller flights. What a ripoff for a captured audience! And way too experience
To boot!

Lower your prices, price gouging isn’t nice! You trapped us in the gate with no other option and sell bad food for top dollar. The employee was nice though.

This place is so ridiculously overpriced!! It's the only option in the regional airline terminal, and they sell everything literally at 5 times regular price. Every sandwich is at least $22 dollars. I understand raising prices in airports, but this place is literally price gouging!! I paid $25 for a basic chicken sandwich, then they asked if I wanted to leave a tip, and they have a tip jar! This was the worst airport shop I have ever seen!!

Worst sandwich and worst value for money I got for anything, in a long while. This place is outrageously overpriced and offers horrible food. As others said, taking advantage that this terminal has nothing else in it. Of course, American Airlines sending people to the worst locations on the airport.. never gonna fly with them again.

I purchased coffee and some breakfast sandwiches. After a very long wait in line and then for the food; I find out that someone else had taken my food. I found that odd because I was waiting for my number to be called and it was never called. After 30 minutes waiting to be called I walk to the gentleman that was at the counter and ask him for my coffee and food. He ignored me at first. After several attempts to be heard he responded extremely rude. I don’t know your number was called someone took it. I know that my number was not called because I was very attentive. He said wait and we will prepare again. I let him know that after waiting for so long I couldn’t wait. My flight was boarding. I asked for a refund and he ignored me. The bill was $110 for 4 coffees and 3 breakfast croissant sandwiches. I understand that there was only 2 people working there and they are busy but that does not give you the right to treat your customers with so much disrespect. There was also another customer that was trying to get assistance from the gentleman at the cashier . He was also rude to her and she made sure she voiced her concerns

Deliberately incompetent and overpriced as it is the only food offering at this section of the terminal. Called our order number 15 minutes after we ordered and they tried to hand us entirely incorrect food. Then had to wait an additional 10 minutes at the counter and tell them each specific item of our order 1 at a time to get it made. Food is the lowest quality I have seen. I do not think the staff was capable of reading the receipt or our order.

AVOID! You've been warned. $30 for a sandwich and drink. The most disgusting airport item I've consumed in over 20 years. Eat in the main terminal before coming here, or starve. This place needs to close down asap. Just disgraceful. Once again, avoid...you've been warned!

They charge $20 for an egg and cheese sandwich that looks like a toddler assembled it. Get your food BEFORE you get to this little dump of a terminal, cuz this is all there is for food and it’s terrible.

The price was insane. $71 for two sandwiches and two drinks is ridiculous. It would be nice if prices were clearly posted. I also don’t appreciate that they have the card terminal set up where you have to leave a tip. Wait did they do to deserve a tip? Nuked my sandwich and handed it to me. We would have went hungry had we known the prices ahead of time.

Some of the most egregious price gouging I’ve ever seen. LAX should be ashamed to let them get away with this, and not do anything to combat the prices or introduce at least one other option.

Below is a picture of a $22 HALF WRAP of the driest Caesar Chicken you’ve ever seen in your entire life. It is also so full it can’t fully wrap which you can’t tell at first because it’s wrapped in paper. I was too scared to open it so I poured the dressing on it little by little, I did ask for more dressing and it was promptly given to me (shocker, no charge!!!!!) With every bite the tortilla tore a little more. Lastly when I did peel back some of the paper and realized it’s not even “wrapped” at the bottom I almost tossed it. I get it, airport food is pricey but seriously!!!!! Make it edible for $22

They charge $23 for a premium sandwich. I understand with airport mark up, but this is worse than gas station sandwich. The chicken has no taste and rubbery. And they have the audacity to ask for a tip. Just bring your own sandwich next time.

Great customer service but you’re ripping people off. But why is beef jerky 14 dollars? And also, I wanted a yogurt but the tiny cup was 10 dollars :(
