6 PM reservations restaurant practically empty only three patrons. Despite this, our waiter was not very attentive got our orders wrong at least on two occasions food was just OK. Business itself appears to be failing after going to the movies took another look again. It was quite empty may be, indicative of the quality of service and food

Beautiful restaurant with good food and service. I went on a Saturday morning and the restaurant was not crowded. Reasonably priced and decent portions. Former Hal's location!

I'm not sure what happened last night. It started off with not having enough menus for the amount of customers. The hostess snatched menus from another table to give it to us. Which caused dirty looks from those customers at us for a good amount of time. Felt pretty awkward until I walked over and gave those customers our menus back. Then we waited almost an hour until we politely asked when our salad and ceviche would be served. We were told we had to wait another 30-45 mins until another table was served their food. It didn't make much sense to us, and we were very hungry. We had to leave and go to restaurant across the way. I feel waiting over an hour for a salad and ceviche is a bit insane especially since neither required to be cooked over a stove. Hopefully this was just a one night set back for this restaurant. I don't know if the kitchen was down, but if it was they should have let customers know instead of having them wait a long time for food.

I live nearby and have been a regular at Neighbors since opening. I tried to walk in today and was told it would be a 2hour wait despite half the tables being open. I asked for a manager to affirm this estimation as I work in the industry and this did not seem accurate. Manager was extremely rude and basically told me to leave if I didn't have a reservation. Was not interested in accommodating us whatsoever despite me being polite. Terrible customer service will not dine here again- lost a regular.

This restaurant is really nicely set up. It's in a nice location with the market and shopping center around it.
It was really frustrating, however, to have to yell over the music just to have a conversation with the person across the table from me. The band was set up in the corner of the restaurant all the way opposite our table and we still had to yell. Considering it's set up like a chill place to enjoy the company of those you came with, this is off-putting. There's no dance floor and no one was dancing or anything like that so why was the music so loud?
The servers were also rude. It was a busy night and I was ready for delays, but their unapologetic/unconcerned attitudes made me realize they just really don't care about their customers.
The food is also ridiculously expensive for the portions, the wait time, and the attitudes you have to deal with in order to get it. Not worth it.

Great atmosphere but the staff needs to be larger or more capable to handle larger crowds and be apologetic if things are out of their control.

A little empathy is all the customer needs. It shouldn't take 4 people to convey the same sentiment about being understaffed until you get even a hint of an apology.

We were here 1pm on a Sunday. All of the sudden the live music just BLARES over their loud speakers. Multiple customers had to go find tables around the corner outside where the music is still very loud. People outside literally were covering their ears walking past. Had to scream in order to ask host if we could move because you couldn’t hear otherwise. It was literally at the noise level of a nightclub. I can’t imagine what eating inside near the band was like.

I was in town visiting from Las Vegas and I’ll tell you one thing off the bat, this restaurant could really learn a thing or two about how hospitality works. I really wish I could complement the food here, but I wasn’t granted the opportunity to even order anything. I came here for a private event, and I honestly feel it was way too obvious that this restaurant was very unprepared to accommodate.I was seated at a table of 7, and the server was fine with getting us started on beverages. It was when she came to take orders, and decided somehow to only go around to one half of our table. Once I realized she wasn’t returning to get the rest of our orders…I approached a different server and he told me that the kitchen was backed up…I asked him about how long it would be, and if we would be able to have food around the same time as the others at our table…he said “To be honest, probably not. It’s going to take a long time because we are backed up.” After expressing my disappointment about not being able to eat dinner, his reply was only “ I’m just being honest with you” in a manner as to shrug it off. Not once was anyone there apologetic or concerned about their poor performance. The same waitress even came by dropping off drink refills that were not requested all while the issue was still not addressed. The demeanor of the staff here was as if they were just going to “try to get through it” but it was written all over them, they were poorly prepared to handle a busy night. I would definitely even assume they didn’t even have a team meeting of any sort to prep their staff to be ready to accommodate an event. The owner of this establishment needs to come to Vegas so we can show you what real hospitality looks like and how to execute it.

The service and food were terrible. We arrived at 12:55pm and literally did not even get water until 1:22pm. WTH! The food was tasteless. Had to send back entrees. This experience was so long and arduous...we didn't even get an opportunity to leave until about 3:15pm! Look people, you can't mask your poor service and food with live R&B music! Get it together!

The service is incredibly bad. Our server had to be flagged down every time we needed her. She also put in the wrong order and we had to ask her several times if our new order was coming and it seemed like she forgot as we were waiting over 40 minutes for it(had to flag her down to ask). At the end we see a 20% service fee added to our bill because there was 7 of us as they add it for tables for more than 6. I was incredibly surprised the wrong order wasn’t comped as we had to wait. We would never go back because not only was the service the worst but food is mediocre. All their pasta dishes were not cooked long enough. We just paid the bill and my friends and I said let’s never go back. I had to share this experience to save other diners.

Not great. Slow service, restaurant was never more than a quarter full. Understaffed?? Just one server, bartender and food runner. out of a lot, everyone at the table agreed meal flavor wasn't great either. Definitely not worth the money spent. Monthly Friend group meetup. We like to try different spots in the west LA / South Bay Area. Neighbors will NOT be on the revisit list. Yuck.

There was hardly anyone there when we arrived. Service was super slow despite there being no one there. Food was very mid. Not impressed.
