It was closed!!! Don't know how long it's been closed but there is no sign on the door, nothing! Luckily there are other restaurants in the area. Remove it please.

I reserved on open table for 15 ,it was my birthday brunch. I called a day before to give them a final count of 12, no one answered so I left a message. I get there 1/2 hour before my gathering and the place is closed and isolated.I Went across the street to a business near by and they said the place is open or closed on random weekends. They also said I was not the first to get slided. Meanwhile another guy walks by and says the owner isnt answering anyone and that he is part of the band and has been waiting to get paid for 2 months. I was so embarrassed and had to scramble to find a another brunch spot and mass text all my guest. SMH!

Went online and booked a birthday brunch with the R&B Live here and was super excited about it. 1. We get there and the hostess says they no longer do the R&B live and explained that this happens often. (Take it offline. This is false advertising) 2. We order bottomless mimosas and there are only 2 of the 5 flavors available. (Have the kitchen stocked in your business) 3. We order our food and the server proceeds to give us a list of food options NOT available that are still printed on the menu - 2 of 4 of the meals we wanted to order were not there. (Print out new menus) After ordering the mimosas we were stuck - also were doubling down on the face that we had no back up plans. Whoever owns this place needs to fix these issues before a nosedive to the ground. There was one server - the cook brought us half of our food and between them and the hostess, it was a ghost town as far as staff. We felt bad for the staff that was there because they have to deal with the wrath of a terrible business. We will not be coming back and recommend back up plans if you try it.

The food was bland and not memorable, they didn't have all items on the menu. The website advertised live music for brunch and drinks but when we got there the olace was pretty much empty, no music, and the bar was completely closed. This was for a 1:30 pm brunch on a Saturday. Not returning there.

We had a reservation for 8:30 and when we got there there was no one else dining but the restaurant closes at 10. Our whole dinner felt rushed: they started moping the floors, closing the kitchen after we got our food, counting their tips, while we were still sitting at the table eating. Never got water refills either. Bad service wouldn't dine there again.

We actually walked out from our reservation so my one star for food actually represents the fact that two of the items that my guests tried to order, including a basic burger, they were out of. Out of a burger?! When we arrived the place - ranked high on Yelp for brunch - was virtually empty. It's a beautiful restaurant but it was also extremely cold and there was a breeze coming in from the patio that smelled like a sewer. Once we heard that they “were out” of multiple items on their menu, we left and went elsewhere.

Lots of issues with food items - missing ingredients from salad, avocado not ripe! Mostly empty restaurant.

6 PM reservations restaurant practically empty only three patrons. Despite this, our waiter was not very attentive got our orders wrong at least on two occasions food was just OK. Business itself appears to be failing after going to the movies took another look again. It was quite empty may be, indicative of the quality of service and food

Beautiful restaurant with good food and service. I went on a Saturday morning and the restaurant was not crowded. Reasonably priced and decent portions. Former Hal's location!

It wasn't packed on a Sunday. We went to celebrate my birthday with the live music. Everyone was friendly and it was a nice setting for me and my group.

I'm not sure what happened last night. It started off with not having enough menus for the amount of customers. The hostess snatched menus from another table to give it to us. Which caused dirty looks from those customers at us for a good amount of time. Felt pretty awkward until I walked over and gave those customers our menus back. Then we waited almost an hour until we politely asked when our salad and ceviche would be served. We were told we had to wait another 30-45 mins until another table was served their food. It didn't make much sense to us, and we were very hungry. We had to leave and go to restaurant across the way. I feel waiting over an hour for a salad and ceviche is a bit insane especially since neither required to be cooked over a stove. Hopefully this was just a one night set back for this restaurant. I don't know if the kitchen was down, but if it was they should have let customers know instead of having them wait a long time for food.

I live nearby and have been a regular at Neighbors since opening. I tried to walk in today and was told it would be a 2hour wait despite half the tables being open. I asked for a manager to affirm this estimation as I work in the industry and this did not seem accurate. Manager was extremely rude and basically told me to leave if I didn't have a reservation. Was not interested in accommodating us whatsoever despite me being polite. Terrible customer service will not dine here again- lost a regular.

This restaurant is really nicely set up. It's in a nice location with the market and shopping center around it.
It was really frustrating, however, to have to yell over the music just to have a conversation with the person across the table from me. The band was set up in the corner of the restaurant all the way opposite our table and we still had to yell. Considering it's set up like a chill place to enjoy the company of those you came with, this is off-putting. There's no dance floor and no one was dancing or anything like that so why was the music so loud?
The servers were also rude. It was a busy night and I was ready for delays, but their unapologetic/unconcerned attitudes made me realize they just really don't care about their customers.
The food is also ridiculously expensive for the portions, the wait time, and the attitudes you have to deal with in order to get it. Not worth it.

Wheelchair accessibility: Some corners are really tight.
