6 PM reservations restaurant practically empty only three patrons. Despite this, our waiter was not very attentive got our orders wrong at least on two occasions food was just OK. Business itself appears to be failing after going to the movies took another look again. It was quite empty may be, indicative of the quality of service and food

Great atmosphere but the staff needs to be larger or more capable to handle larger crowds and be apologetic if things are out of their control.

A little empathy is all the customer needs. It shouldn't take 4 people to convey the same sentiment about being understaffed until you get even a hint of an apology.

We came here to hear the live jazz they advertised on their website. The hostess said there hasn't been live music on Fridays for a couple weeks. We let them know they need to update their website. We decided to stay for dinner. Food was decent but not memorable.
