The cakes are outstanding, especially the raspberry cake. It’s perfectly balanced — light, moist, and filled with fresh, vibrant raspberry flavor that’s not overly sweet. You can taste the quality in every bite. The presentation is beautiful, and everything looks as amazing as it tastes.
The bakery is also very clean and well organized, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for delicious cakes and a place that takes pride in what they do, I absolutely recommend Nelly’s Bakery.

I am extremely disappointed with a cake purchased from Nelly’s Bakery. I found what appears to be a worm on a raspberry on the cake. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable, especially considering how expensive this cake was.
Food safety and cleanliness should be a top priority. What if my child had eaten this? Raspberries should be properly washed and inspected before being placed on cakes. This experience has completely ruined my trust in this bakery.
I hope management takes this issue seriously and improves their hygiene and food handling standards.

We’ve been ordering cakes from Nellie’s bakery for every family birthday for years, and they never disappoint! Each cake is not only beautiful but absolutely delicious. You can tell how much care and creativity go into every detail. From the soft, perfectly baked layers to the smooth frosting and custom decorations, everything feels personal and made with love.
I would like to highlight Anush since she bakes all this yummy cakes. She is reliable, kind, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. We’re so grateful to have found someone who turns our special moments into something truly sweet. Highly recommend! 🎂💖

This was my first visit to this patisserie. My initial impression was quite mixed. Parking is terrible — the lot is small, crowded, and shared with another business, making it difficult to find a space. The interior is spacious and clean, but surprisingly, there are no tables available to enjoy a coffee with your dessert. The pastries themselves are average nothing particularly memorable and the prices are noticeably higher compared to other similar bakeries.

Haven't tasted many of their pastries but their eclairs are best I've ever had. The store is very clean with plenty of selection of sweet and savory items. Atmosphere is a bit hectic, at least few times I've been there, and they should switch to a ticket # system, otherwise nobody knows who's next, who's going to help you, etc...

For the Hispanic/Latino community or non-Armenian, do not shop here. The staff look at you as if you have no money and they treat you like if you won’t buy anything (even though I literally got like 3 parties and 2 boxes of chocolates). I love Armenian food but this was a horrible and awkward experience. Please spread the word, this treatment isn’t okay.

This bakery should stop making people fool. They put a lower price in front of cakes and then charge way higher amount. They sell a cake for 5 people for $70 that other bakeries sell for $35. Be careful when shopping here. They told me that this is a cake with condensed milk and butter, but when we cut it there was a scuffle covered with chocolate. The taste was disgusting and I threw it away. Don’t waste your money at this place.
The bakery good are great but the service is lacking the swem kind of racist.
