We’ve been ordering cakes from Nellie’s bakery for every family birthday for years, and they never disappoint! Each cake is not only beautiful but absolutely delicious. You can tell how much care and creativity go into every detail. From the soft, perfectly baked layers to the smooth frosting and custom decorations, everything feels personal and made with love.
I would like to highlight Anush since she bakes all this yummy cakes. She is reliable, kind, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. We’re so grateful to have found someone who turns our special moments into something truly sweet. Highly recommend! 🎂💖

This was my first visit to this patisserie. My initial impression was quite mixed. Parking is terrible — the lot is small, crowded, and shared with another business, making it difficult to find a space. The interior is spacious and clean, but surprisingly, there are no tables available to enjoy a coffee with your dessert. The pastries themselves are average nothing particularly memorable and the prices are noticeably higher compared to other similar bakeries.

Haven't tasted many of their pastries but their eclairs are best I've ever had. The store is very clean with plenty of selection of sweet and savory items. Atmosphere is a bit hectic, at least few times I've been there, and they should switch to a ticket # system, otherwise nobody knows who's next, who's going to help you, etc...

For the Hispanic/Latino community or non-Armenian, do not shop here. The staff look at you as if you have no money and they treat you like if you won’t buy anything (even though I literally got like 3 parties and 2 boxes of chocolates). I love Armenian food but this was a horrible and awkward experience. Please spread the word, this treatment isn’t okay.

This bakery should stop making people fool. They put a lower price in front of cakes and then charge way higher amount. They sell a cake for 5 people for $70 that other bakeries sell for $35. Be careful when shopping here. They told me that this is a cake with condensed milk and butter, but when we cut it there was a scuffle covered with chocolate. The taste was disgusting and I threw it away. Don’t waste your money at this place.

The pastries are not always fresh, the prices are expensive, I rarely go there now, if I do, there is only one woman, I think her name is Vartyui , she is always smiling and very kind. But it is also very unpleasant when the employees chew gum and blow bubbles in front of the customers, there is one woman with orange hair, she always does that and is very rud(((

I found this bakery a few years ago and I go at least once a month when I am in town. I love the new layout. I am shocked by some of the reviews - anyway, here is my personal experience. 9/10 times, the pastries are great. Occasionally I will get a dry one that maybe isn’t as fresh. I have tried almost every pastry in the case at this point but I can not speak for the larger cakes.
At first, I thought the workers didn’t like me - and maybe they don’t - but no one has ever been rude. They are just stoic and I know some customers really don’t like that. It is always clean and organized and has an interesting selection of chocolates, sweets and foods from other countries. I love picking up new things and trying them. I really enjoy this bakery and my favorite items are: Bird Milk Cake (favorite), Caramel Cake, Mango Mousse (second favorite), Tiramisu Mousse, Berry Mousse, Mikado, Eclaire, Chocolate Mousse cup, and the Mocha triangle pastry (haven’t seen that in a while)
Parking is frequently difficult since the lot is very small.

Horrible customer service. Sold us an old cake then refused to refund. It's not about the money and more about knowing how to treat you customers. Not putting on gloves and mushing up the cake saying "what part of this is old". And arguing about it infront of other customers. Clearly these people shouldn't be in the service industry if they can't even offer any sort of help for their customer. $50 is nothing compared to the customer you have now lost forever. Word of advice ... shop somewhere where your business is appreciated. Not here where you get into an argument about a $50 cake being old. It could have easily turned into a great experience where she could have said sorry we apologize how can we fix this. Instead of demeaning their customer infront of others that has been shopping there for years. Great job to Anushik, your name does not match your personality at all.
