Complete pain to park and get in, once inside the employees were rude and stuck-up. I'll stick to online purchases.

All other employees are very nice in this place. Today I met one employee doesn't have good manner to customer who I ever seen before. I shocked when I checked his badge, he was team reader(initial P). His attitude isn't nice and kind, doesn’t look happy at sales floor, he is affecting negatively on their reputation. He needs more learn about dealing with customers and attitude. I love nespresso coffee, but now I'm looking other coffee option excepts nespresso.

Great Nespresso store!! Ms. Gervais should be recognized as the most knowledgeable representative or manager i have ever dealt with in any Nespresso store.If there is someone in (corporate) reading this review please look into furthering her career with the Nespresso brand on the highest level.

Great place to get all your Nespresso needs. I do wish they had a touch screen with existing pod flavors and seasonal options. It is a lot of reliance on the sales people to let you know what you may like.

Helpful staff and easily accessible. If you need to use the elevator instead of the escalator (location is 3rd floor), be aware the elevator is small and takes a long time.

Excellent Service and Food! They were so busy but handle it so well. It moves fast. The French toast has a pretty heavy cinnamon flavor, but the sausage and gravy over biscuits needs a little flavor. Otherwise, it’s just perfect.

This is our first stop every year when visiting the Nespresso Boutique. Food and service is always good! Can have a bit of a wait, especially on the weekends but worth it and can’t beat the prices. Will continue to return each year.

Great value for breakfast. Coffee is good, omelettes are good... Make sure you try their grits and their biscuits! Diner atmosphere with consistent food.

The staff at the Boutique are knowledgeable and really personable. They are generous with the tastings and they do a great job explaining the different brews.
