New York City Deli

I forgot my breakfast and really wanted a yummy breakfast burrito. I am very picky and sometimes I can't find a breakfast burrito I like. And then I found this place. Wow, this breakfast burrito is one of the BEST I have tasted in LA. It's so so yummy and it's portioned perfectly. I will 1000% be coming back. The man behind the counter was so sweet, I love having a place I can rely on close to my job. Thank you for making my morning so yummy!!!

I work in Downtown LA, and lunch options can be overwhelming (and often overpriced!). But I've found a great sandwich spot in New York City Deli.

Honestly, time is precious during lunch, so I love that I can order online or just call ahead. They're always super quick – my order is usually ready for pickup in about 10-15 minutes. Perfect for a grab-and-go situation.

My standard order? The hot pastrami sandwich. It's piled high with tender, flavorful pastrami. And to wash it down, I always get an iced hazelnut latte. It's the perfect combo.

The staff is always friendly, even when they're busy. It's a classic deli vibe – no frills, just good food and good service.

If you're working or visiting Downtown LA and you're craving a delicious, no-nonsense sandwich and a great latte, New York City Deli is a must-try. Five stars for quick service and a killer pastrami!

Really good and reasonably priced breakfast and lunch. I come here all the time and never have a bad experience! They will make sandwiches and salads exactly how you want them!

Best quick lunch downtown!

I wish I had taken a photo of the Cobb salad I ordered from grunhub. It was delicious. Bacon, turkey, cheddar cheese, tomatoe, avocado and boiled egg. ? The dressing was good too.

I love this spot! My go-to order is a lox bagel and a berry smoothie. Both are absolutely perfect every single time! Staff is super friendly, portions are big and prices are great compared to most places in LA. 100% recommend

Disrespecting NYC by calling this the “New York City Deli.” If you like your sandwiches with a single slice of meat & cheese, this is the spot for you! The grilled chicken pesto sandwich I got had not a piece of grilled chicken in sight. Instead, it had microwaved compressed processed chicken with 0 seasoning or flavor. The “grilled chicken” was as flavorless as the bread. My friend had the pastrami sandwich, which had two slices of meat, no cheese, and a big pile of veggies.I didn’t eat half of my sandwich.Disappointing.
