Had breakfast with my daughter Bella. Food was great and reasonable prices. Service was even better due to friendly staff.

That same review described this as very overheated inflated prices and that the place can’t even manage basic host stand etiquette while charging premium prices for standard diner food....
Despite the place being not very busy it took well over an hour to get our lasagne and pizza. The salads took a half hour. My wife ordered a glass of wine that we had to send back because it smelled tasted bad. The pizza was flavorless. My crab lasagne dinner showed up like an appetizer. It too was relatively tasteless....
Some customers report very long waits especially during peak hours but feel the wait isn't matched by good service!!!

The service was terrible once I got seated they barely spoke to me and spent time talking to eachother... the place had maybe 8 people there and still took forever to get food... I saw 3 cooks in the kitchen so that was also confusing... all bad

What a gem in Downtown Los Angeles. Great service and food. The Chili & Cheese Omelet with Ortega Chiles was amazing.

Old-school breakfast spot with counter seating. The ham steak breakfast is their specialty and comes in giant portions. Staff are friendly and conversational. Décor feels vintage and classic. Great place for a hearty breakfast

An old-school breakfast spot near Chinatown. Their ham steak breakfast is legendary — huge and flavorful. The diner-style vibe feels very classic LA. Parking is limited, but there are meters nearby. Great place for a hearty breakfast.

Breakfast goals achieved! Generous portions, delicious homemade biscuits, and an omelette that could serve two. Friendly staff made it even better. My favorite meal done right 💕☕
