They charged the same high price to a 9 years old that barely ate. The waiter controlled how the food came, saying, let's wait to order that and make sure we can still handle it. The crab legs were not good, it tasted nothing like crabs. Not worth it. Sorry, the experience was not good, dessert was “comped” by waiter. Sadly not how you would expect it to be. Prawn was as big as their tiny lobster tails. Meat quality was good.
Such a great experience! I 100% would recommend this restaurant and will be visiting again
So overall the experience was very good. We had a minor hiccup with the lobster tail not being properly cleaned but the manager Taylor was great at handling the situation. I would go back and try the tomahawk meal.
It was an amazing experience. From service, appetizers, wagyu, seafood (lobster and crab legs) to Hot Tea. Cheers to NIKU. Don't ever change the quality of the food. BTW , location is great too.
Totally Underwhelming, overpriced and buffet was near empty most of the time. King crab legs were a joke. Meats were subpar.
The lobster was over cooked which made the meat tough. When it was substituted for grilled only half a lobster was brought to the table, our grilled kept on turning off and had to request for it to be reignited which was quite peculiar as if strategically slowing down your ability to grill meats allowing you to wait so that you will fill up on other items, hand rolled sushi were so small! When we asked for another round we were told only one time serving per table, which I found to be outrageous for the price of the premium dinner selection not the standard dinning, it should have been available, sushi at bar station where not restocked as if they were purposely holding out on restocking, when we were leaving they began to fill it back up I guess for the next 90 minute clientele that was up next to arrive. There was plenty of staff working in kitchen and bussing tables changing out grills when there was no need to. I even commented to one of the staff that they had just changed no less than five minutes prior. When we went to pick our dessert items we were told by our waiter he would bring it out to us instead of us having the liberty to multi select dessert items, which there was plenty of. I guess only one dessert per customer was also in effect.
while some of the buffet spread food is high quality (i.e. jumbo shrimp, crab legs, meat cuts), we opted for the premium weekday buffet with additional waygu cuts. However, with the high quality meats, I was surprised there was no sauces other than the small amount of chimicurri. Overall value for our money we will not return...
It was just ok. Food was average and service was ok nothing to really meaningful and amazing. I probably be back one day.
Came here for a birthday party. The food was good. Our server was great but for the price point, I would not say it was worth it.
The premium meat and seafood were quite good. However, I was very disappointed with their buffet style selections. Their selection did not match pictures shown online. Also, their dessert options were very mediocre. Lastly, being advertised as a luxury experience and dress code listed to be business casual, the fact that there were people in sweat pants took away from what they are going for. I don't think I will be returning.

Something happened here since my last visit... It was once an inspired, bold and delicious experience. Now, it feels like the accountants or ChatGPT are running it. The service starts off slow, as though as to intentionally eat away at your 90 minute time limit. You used to get a generous portion of everything, case in point the grilled kingcrab, sea bass and lobster. Now you get a gatechecked/bean-counted amount. It's a hassle having to explain to the waitress that you need more than one, but that's what it takes now. Our waitress, Naomi did an exceptional job. She figured out we were a group of hungry Gents that were on a Mission to get their money's worth, and she took care of us. She was very cool and made sure her team picked up the slack and took care of us. The seafood is top notch and cooked perfectly. You just have to insist and be persistent with your orders and portions. The beef is amazing... The A5 is some of the world's most amazing in the world. I recommend the brisket, ribeye and filet. You will not be disappointed. I do have one bone to pick... During a grill change some grizzle dripped on my hand and left a 2nd degree burn. A combination of carelessness on the part of the busboy and complacency on my part allowed this injury to happen. Let this be a lesson to you wll... beware and be careful during the grill changes. Especially if you are there with children.
Just a great place for date night! This was a second, first date night here and it didn't disappoint Wonderful all around!
Our whole experience was amazing I love how well the staff treated us how clean and fast serves I highly recommend to my friends and family the only thing I can say that wasn't to my liking was the king crab where over cooked but every else was delicious thank you again definitely will be returning.
We had the best dinner experience! Kudos to Darren( server) and Sanderson (bartender)! Receptionist as well. All the crew and staff were great. They are fast and assertive assisting us. You guys are the best!
Smallest buffet options I've ever seen. We had the lunch buffet and had to add on the meat option for an extra 25$ because there was not much option for the buffet. Overall service was amazing but options were lacking. For the price, I'd rather go to a cheap Chinese buffet.
