Waited 35 min for our order just for them to say they gave it to someone else by mistake. I hate leaving bad reviews and i know mistakes happen but the way they handled the situation was very careless. No apology or accountability. I asked for a refund and the woman that was doing it was very dry and careless. Its unfortunate because we love the bagels but the employees seem absolutely clueless. Not returning to this location again (especially after seeing that other people have had similar experiences)

I stumbled across Noah’s Bagels when I was getting coffee next door and decided to check them out. Everyone working there was friendly and the bagels looked amazing. After getting home and toasting, buttering (when I asked for butter they gave me a REAL amount of butter whatcha was great), I ate what is one of the best bagels I’ve ever had. They easily live up to their boastful claim of serving true New York style bagels, one-hundred percent. What a fantastic place to discover by chance.

Ordered delivery and the bagel had such little cream cheese. Never had this issue when I ordered in person. The honey almond spread is my favorite and I was so looking forward to it too!

This isn’t the first time they messed up my order and acted nonchalant about it happening, but this is the second time I’ve had to ask for a refund. They said some lady took my food but I assume it’s there responsibility to insure it gets to me. I don’t even like writing negative reviews but they seem like they don’t care at all. Not sure if it’s my appearance because when they mess up they look at me like oh well. I will never go back
