Logged into my account to redeem some of my 800 points just to see that they’ve been wiped off my account. I’ve been busy traveling last few months and checked the FAQ’s to see they expire every 180 days. What a joke. I’m sure I’m not the first person they steal points from with their pathetic expiration policy.

ordered a simple bagel sandwich and the bagel was so burnt that it was inedible; the overall sandwich also had no flavor to it- you’re better off making it yourself at home or buying elsewhere

Dennise is absolutely phenomenal!! She created such a welcoming atmosphere and went way above what was needed to ensure every guest felt valued and appreciated! If I had to say anything for improvement, I wish I could see what I bet is a huge smile under her face mask. Her joy radiates in all she does!
