The school I was working at had ordered two boxes of bagels for the staff. There was an assortment of varieties and spreads. I'm one of those people that loves blueberry bagels, no one was taking them, so I had about 4 of them throughout the day. So good, so warm, perfect amount of dough and sweetness. The bagel was great on its own and the double whipped shmears were tasty. I couldn't get enough of the honey almond, it was so delicious. I used to live in NYC, and I would say these were spot on. I'm not an expert by any means, but I've had my fair share of bagels and have come across some super doughy thick ones that are hard to chew, some that are so think and crispy, but these were a great combination. I enjoyed. I didn't step food in the shop, but I definitely will again just to get another blueberry bagel.

Small, quaint, nice atmosphere although sparse and simple. So probably authentic New York! The people working there were friendly, nice and helpful. No decaf coffee however. Nice to have in-store WiFi. Difficult parking at this location but I look forward to coming back.Parking: Very congested traffic, especially on weekends. Consider taking a bus, there are nearby bus stops. We found street parking on a side street after driving around for a long time. Nice walking area though.

Your bagels are not fresh from scratch. I asked the counter person if they were made today, he said yes. I am from the east coat and have worked in a bakery where the bagels were made from scratch and then cooked. These bagels are made from pre-frozen bagles then baked. They are extremely chewy which indicates they came from a frozen product not made from scratch at the store. I inquired of this fact before buying the bagels and were assured that they were made this morning. The clerk refunded my money but I was very upset about the quality of a product advertised as anew York bagel. If they were in New York they would be out of business so fast it would not even be funny.

The basic bagel is delicious!Parking: If you park in the Wells Fargo parking lot across the street, a black security guard will look at you with a smile on your face.

This is awful food, at an awful-ly, high cost. I swear the bagel I just got is the size of a Lenders frozen bagel. It tastes like mealworms and sawdust. And I'm pretty sure it was mealworms and sawdust because I saw a delivery guy carting barrels into the back room; one labeled "mealworms" and one labeled "sawdust". New York bagels? Sha right! More like Yew Nork squagles!
