Awful customer service. At approximately 5:30 AM on November 20, 2025, an employee opened the restroom door for me. As she did, she mocked me by saying, “Run, hurry up, it’s gonna close,” while laughing, even though the door would only close if she let go of it.
This was disrespectful and unnecessary. No customer should be spoken to that way, especially when simply trying to use the restroom.

I usually love this location, but today I had an unsettling experience. Another customer accidentally took and opened my order, and instead of remaking it, the staff tried to repackage and give it back to me not once but TWICE!!! Thinking I wasn’t able to see them. That’s not safe food handling, and it really disappointed me since I’ve always enjoyed your bagels. Definitely did not eat that bagel because what in the world.

Our office has been ordering bagels weekly from this location for a long time and the bagels were not properly sliced all the time. I decided to give the store a call after ordering online and the person who answered was very rude I politely requested to make sure to slice it properly. Will not be ordering in this branch ever.

8:15 am and already serving stale bagels? This place sucks. Could probably start a fire by rubbing two of their bagels together
Id never been to LA before but had to travel solo. Always feels weird being in a new country so while jetlagged I ordered half a dozen bagels with the chive schmear and some iced coffee for delivery. It brought me to life!!! Truly tasty and the schmear is to die for. Any time I think of LA , I will think of Noah's bagels 😂

Came to visit the school with my daughter and were looking for places around the area and came across this amazing Noah's bagels. My daughter ordered the farm house and I ordered the lox bagel, and of course I had to get coffee. It was so freshly made and the coffee too. The staff were friendly. My daughter loved her sandwich, and she's glad that we found this place, because it will definitely be her go to.

I want to tell the event I experienced here, in fact, I was not going to write this incident here, but I wanted to write this nonsense here because the woman in this incident showed me the absurd behavior she did as if I did it. I came to pick up the customer’s order, I asked the woman who was going to give me the order to the password of the toilet, for some reason, since she had a job in her hand, she couldn’t do her job and tell me the password, so I thought she couldn’t talk in time, I didn’t care much. Then he went to the toilet, he didn’t tell me to follow me or I’ll open the door of the toilet to you, he went to the toilet, he came back, then he showed an attitude on his face as if I put me in his place of an idiot as if I didn’t follow him. Actually, that stupid attitude was completely his own because he didn’t give me a command like follow me on the way there, I was waiting for him where I was, I want to call him from here instead of putting people in the place of fools and instead of putting such a fast expression, you should try to talk to people because from a distance you look like an idiot. First you have to go to a conversation course first and when someone else asks you a question while doing a job, you shouldn’t answer it either. You should definitely improve both of these situations in yourself.
