Don't just press sign and confirm on the last screen after payment. I and others didn't know that it automatically adds 15%. The owner doesn't want me to look at the screen slowly and sign under the pretense of the next customer. So you can miss the 15% tip. And be careful because there are menus where the food is prepared and the food is just served. The owner is not friendly and she calculates quickly and doesn't give you time to look at the screen. And I usually tip 25% (when I receive service).

I got the spicy beef noodle soup with brisket and the meat was very tender and the fresh pulled noodles had great texture. A nice surprise is that the soup had extra toppings in it compared to other beef noodle soups ive had. The egg, tomato, mushroom, potatoes, and carrot were all delicious in it! You can also let them know your spice preference

Contemporary Chinese noodle come to Farmers Market. Dare I say, gourmet? The array of flavors and spice from mild to hot - white pepper, tingly pepper, and Sichuan peppercorn are all wonderfully present flavors. The choice of meats are also very flavorful and range from my favorite, the rib with the bone - which of course is where all the flavor comes from, all the way on through to the delightfully tender boneless brisket, lamb etc. The fresh home made noodles and perfectly cooked veggies including bok choy, turnip and mushroom, which totally round out this year round array of delightful noodle dishes. Try them dry or in the perfectly simmered broths.

This place has quickly become one of my go to spots at the Farmer’s Market. Hand pulled noodles are fabulous. I’ve particularly enjoy the dry cumin lamb noodles in addition to their noodle soups.

Ordered the dry noodles with spicy beef, and it was excellent. Perfect level of spice and flavor. Noodles are cooked fresh, so it takes about two or three minutes to prepare the dish, and then you can add the vegetables, beef, etc. Highly recommend!
