I got the spicy beef noodle soup with brisket and the meat was very tender and the fresh pulled noodles had great texture. A nice surprise is that the soup had extra toppings in it compared to other beef noodle soups ive had. The egg, tomato, mushroom, potatoes, and carrot were all delicious in it! You can also let them know your spice preference
Contemporary Chinese noodle come to Farmers Market. Dare I say, gourmet? The array of flavors and spice from mild to hot - white pepper, tingly pepper, and Sichuan peppercorn are all wonderfully present flavors. The choice of meats are also very flavorful and range from my favorite, the rib with the bone - which of course is where all the flavor comes from, all the way on through to the delightfully tender boneless brisket, lamb etc. The fresh home made noodles and perfectly cooked...
