Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

Horrible place and horrible customer service, I went to get water at the little water stand that they have and the water was salty. It literally tasted like the ocean. I almost threw up in. It ended up making me a little bit sick so I had to go to work. I came back a few days later when I worked again and asked if I could either get a discount or a free coffee, he said “ But you’re fine” I don’t understand how I could drink ocean water from a coffee place and not get compensated whatsoever He said how if it was that day maybe he could’ve done something but I am a keyholder at my job so how could I have sat around for a coffee? The doors don’t open unless I’m there I had to be there.

I don't know why, but when I stopped by today they didn't accept credit cards, cash only? Who uses cash these days? The cashier wasn't very friendly

We ordered 2 mango citrus smoothie
The taste is same artificial flavors ( the famous tang ) and it same color as tang also

The coffee is delicious here! My favorite.

Medium roast espresso over the ice is one of the best in town.
Takes little time, but it is worth every second.

Customer service was amazing,I was greated the second I stepped in! Got a recommendation for a lavender chai, might stop again sometime to have another ! Was surprised to find out there hot foods include pasta and even burritos,which is so different since most places just have like breakfast sandwiches,way better that coffee bean or Starbucks ?

1) Their cappuccino is awful :( Just some weak white foam and cheap wishy-washy coffee taste.2) Their service is null. No welcome smile. Furniture is disorganized outside, and all tables are messy.3) One star for the view.4) One star for being open later than most of the other coffee spots.Resume: Go there if you are desperate tourist in need of some caffeine. Do not go if you love good tasting coffee. I expected at least some quality from Nordstrom.

I gotta have my cafe Americano and I went here after shopping At Nordstrom. Guess what, I also ordered their Royal cookie ? OMG ? it was so good! It was recommended by the cashier, she said it’s their popular cookies.?? this place is clean, and neat. Service was good and they’re nice people. Keep up the good work ladies ??

I had a very unpleasant experience here. It appeared that the waiter wasn't willing to help us because we are Asians!I noticed that he seemed unwilling to talk to any Asians in the cafe. :) to those ppl who wanna visit, don’t.

Great hidden coffee bar. Prices standard but they make you feel good. I go early mornings before busy shops open. Enjoy the drink and the Caruso music feed
