Went in a few minutes today before closing because im stupid and didn’t realize and the guy working register was very kind and still got in a drink for me. I unfortunately did not get his name but he had dark hair and I think a beard? The girl behind bar was very nice too ? thank you guys, amazing service.

I had an amazing experience with Ivan and Sarina today. They were so busy, but made sure to greet and help me find my order. When I thought one of the drinks was sweet. They were so kind to immediately make another one. Great service! Very happy with my drinks because of their amazing care. Thank you!

The matcha was so delicious and the girls were really nice. I got the creme brûlée cheesecake. I had my friend hold on to it and she ended up crushing it...: but ate it anyways and said it was delicious. Such a nice team and even though they were busy it went by super fast.

The best coffee you can get at the mall. The line is always short, service is quick. I drink my coffee black, and I can say their coffee is consistently nice and smooth.

Great place to grab a coffee, bite and chill in CC. The food and drink were great, but even better was the customer service by David(Veliz). He was beyond helpful and had awesome knowledge of the menu. Great conversion as well. Keep up the great work David and crew!!! Recommended.

Had the greatest experience today , very very nice cashier made my sister and I laugh so many times . Hard to find a place with great customer service and food ! WAY BETTER than Starbucks I got the lavender latte , it was so creamy delicious and I just want more !! Do yourself a favor and grab a drink from this place

For sure this place is one of the best and coolest coffee shops that you can find in Westfield Century City. I was working on my laptop, at the same time enjoying the live music nearby.at first, I accidentally got an iced latte with 2% milk, and I forgot to ask the barista for whole milk. so I went back to order again. The manager "Mona" realized I didn't like my first coffee and she made a new one with whole milk right away and didn't charge me for that. What a professional act of hospitality to make a customer this much satisfied and happy.Thank you Ebar and thank you again Mona.
Love this place! I found my new favorite drink! Maple brown sugar latte!!! Hit the spot. I normally don't finished my drink but I literally finished half of my drink just by walking from the mall back to office which is less than 10 mins walking! That showed how good it was! Customer service was good and the place located right next to Nordstrom, you can't miss it!

I went to get an Ice storm which I do alot.They obviously have new people and not only have they not been trained but there RUDE! The cashier asked me would you like whip cream yes please. Then asked again for the 3rd time whip cream??? Seriously So I said to myself 3 times they have to ask me that. The girl behind the counter says to me what's my problem it's just a question. What happened to the day's where you got good polite customer service???

They have a decent coffee machine (La Marzocco) but some baristas there are not experienced and can completely destroy its results with high temperature milk and wrong espresso to milk ratio. In a nutshell the taste can vary from quite bad to quite good depending on whether you were lucky to have the right person making it for you or not.
