Food was fast, fresh and tasty (great spicy shrimp wontons and pork dumplings, in particular!). Most of all, Kate's service was exceptional! Where it would have been expected (given the set up and staff) that her role would keep her behind the counter, she was proactive in all aspects of service, friendly, professional and personable. This is what service is all about! We will be back.

Brought my niece here because it's close to UCLA and has dumplings! It's a fast food, order at the front, they bring the food to you place. We ordered 5 dishes, XLBs, beef roll, noodles, green beans, chicken wings. Although the flavor was good, every one of my XLBs had burst and lost its soup! But if you want a quick meal, this was good.

I came back yesterday the service and sanitation is so terrible. I kept looking at the waiter and wanted to ask her to help us change an new sauce and chilli but I felt like she wasn't very considerate. The soy sauce and vinegar bottles on the table were almost empty, and the chili bottle was not clean and very sticky. I really don't know why? things changing so fast when I come here to eat today than I did a few days ago? She also plays on her phone while working. It doesn’t feel like a professional waiter. I hope the boss can see this review and re-training the waiters. As a regular customer I’m really disappointed.

I visted today and ordered a juicy pork dumpling. I waited for about 20 minutes until it was served and the dumplings were already dry by the time i got them. The server seemed overwhelmed and let my dumplings hang dry until she served it. Will not come back again.

Food was trash. I got shrimp wonton soup the broth had little flavor. My boyfriend got orange chicken. The only flavor was “sweet”??? ?? The bathroom was in terrible condition and had no toilet paper or paper towels. So sanitary quality was very poor. Idk y’all go to chick-fil-a or somethin’. We paid $60 for two bites of food that was truly gross.

I was really craving mapo tofu and this hit the spot, the portion was perfect and I had leftovers too. The chicken was a good amount of spicy and very crispy. I thought the dumplings were ok, the soup dumplings are defintiely far better tho.

Lunar New Year's Eve dinner with friends! It was good catching up with friends but the food was pretty mediocre unfortunately. The dumplings are served with some weird sauce that has a muddy color. The soup dumplings are ripped when they're served with the soup spilled out. The spicy wontons come with too little meat filling. The serving time was slow, and they didn't have the best attitude. The ambiance is ok. Will not come back again

The food was amazing and Jess was amazing at the El Segundo location. We've gone back twice already and are going today.
I used to come here a lot but for some reason people who work there now are rude and demanding. Last I was there I was asked to pay tip at the register or they will not seat us. Also, they don't honor reward stamps even though I had enough to redeem the dish. Not only that the waiters are rude if asking them anything. I don't recommend this place.

Food was good and fast service for to-go order. The only thing is double checking before you pay because they automatically add the tip and when I asked about it the cashier gave me an attitude before he removed it.

This is the restaurant that started the revival of Chinese food in Westwood. Still a great place to come for a bite to eat, even with their continued expansion to additional locations in Westwood (and the Westside). Love the flavors! Speedy service. Discount if you pay cash.
