I just left Oakberry at Century City, and LaVonda is incredible. It was a packed store and she was the only person working. There were some kids who were asking for way too much and she was so patient and still served up delicious food for everyone. She was so awesome and so patient and so kind I would not have been able to provide that kind of service.

The acai is great and the people who work here are very nice, but it is sad for them because they never have enough help. We have one very patient person here serving 15 people. The store needs to get more help.

I placed a web order from this place. Came to pick it up and it was closed with the sign “We will be back in 15 minutes” I have been waiting for 30 minutes and yet no one has showed up

This women closed just to clean, driving customers away. Not good for the image of the business.
We got the berry smoothie kind called berry something and I don’t know if the girl rushed it or not, the little seeds didn’t blend enough and came in chunks.
Also it’s full blown sugary yuck! And blue berry and strawberries weren’t blended yuck :/

I love this acai bowl place. It is so good and I really love coming here. This place is very convenient and the staff is always so friendly. The granola is also very good and I recommend it for a lot of reasons
