The food is good but no way is it worth being mistreated here you try to call for a waiter you get ignored on your seafood soup you get two shrimps only and ea shrimp extra is a dollar more ridiculous

Used to eat here years ago and never had any issues. Loved the prices and portion sizes. I ordered crab fried rice for take out yesterday and as I was eating it I encountered a shrimp tail... which was weird because I didn't order shrimp rice. I kept eating and then I encountered a crunchy but inedible ingredient. Upon further inspection, I realized that I was chewing on egg shell. Gross. I didn't want to keep eating and discover another unintentional, weird Ingredient so I ended up throwing out like 80% of it. Waste of $14 :'(

First time here food was great service was fast considering how packed they were and hard to find parking but other then that place was real good worth the wait hopefully they open there other locations soon so they don't have to be so packed

All I got was fried rice orange chicken chow mein and seafood soup & wonton soup to drink i ordered a apple juice coke & sprite the apple juice n coke came out but not my sprite so I told the lady no you didn't order one I go yes i did she brings the bill no you didn't but this whole time she looking somewhere else well taking our order I say well Idk I ordered one she goes "OH WELL YOU ORDERED ONE WELL I DIDNT GET IT" I was like tf rude a** anyways I'm more lost on how my bill came out to $96 for 5 things even at 15$ a piece comes out to $75 I know damn well all those plates aren't $15 a piece place isn't even that good Panda Express is better then this place hahaha jk but for real tho where do I get a refund

If I could, I give a "0" start to this awful restaurant, and the delivery app. I feel robbed by both. I ordered a meal for lunch/dinner through Postmates. Food still on containers and in the garbage bin, poor quality of food, Thai Shrimp omelette without shrimps overloaded in oil. Watery Coconut Chicken soup, not chicken and I doubt it is coconut milk since the white substance remains on top of the container, even after shaken it. Mix fried rice, with low quality broken grain rice, nor vegetables or meats or seafood on rice, mix by name only. Contacted Postmates not answer yet. This was my favorite place since they opened up about 26 years ago. Unfortunately, like most business, they started being sweet and humble to their customers but now they treat their customers like we're beggars. I only added a star because I had to add one to rate this place but in reality this place deserves none. This was my last time here.

Absolutely horrible! Avoid this place at all cost! They forgot to give Postmates half of my order! I waited 45 minutes for food and while it might seem small, it's actually a big deal during a pandemic when you are a frayed to go outside. This is absolutely unacceptable. This is the second time that this restaurant has forgotten some thing, and didn't care when I gave them a call. I'm trying to make nice but this is unacceptable for a place of business. I will never order from here again, I recommend that nobody comes here because they don't care about their customers because if they did they would offer to send somebody back out with the correct item or at least let me come pick it up. They offered no solution.

The worst Ocha restaurant to come to. The only reason why I came here was because the regular one that I go to was closed because of Covid these ladies did not only get your order wrong they're so cheap in hot sauce or condiments to give you. The lady clearly said she had to charge me $1.50 for oil hot sauce that's not even filled all the way. Bunch of cheap cheap people not even because you spend more than $40 with them. Go to another ocha avoid this one!!!

I use to love coming here with my family but now it's just trash and the staff is horrible. I understand due to COVID everything is different but they don't really care how the food is brought or don't care if you tell them. We have to pay before Getting our food and when the food is brought to your table everything is cold and orders are missing and since they don't give you the copy of the receipt anymore they don't believe on what you order and the staff practically kicks you out once you complain

This place is seriously over priced it's good for family serve dine in experience at best but super overpriced for what it is I got sweet & sour fish today with a large Thai ice tea 30$!! And it was fish nuggets and nasty sauce w cucumbers ? I should of gone to McDonalds!! I ordered crab fried rice other day 15$ two pieces crab on top of not real fried rice but lightly seasoned ? done with this rip off plus all the employees are always miserable here even when u pay no smiles the only reason I am giving 2 stars is I pretty much grew up here and the 10$ orange chicken is actually good and plentiful

I dont know what happened over the years man.. This spot truly is a S*** SHOW VERY rude asian lady. I simply asked if there was hot sauce in the bag & she had a nasty attitude and basically shushed me out the door. Definite not coming back again.
