The food at Brera makes your taste buds sing! I know it's corny, but it's true. Their green salad has this light dressing that is so refreshing. The prosciutto pizza was to die for. My boyfriend had the Papatelle and I had the Nettle Pasta with walnut. We walked out full with smiles in our face. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. It was outstanding!! Oh, and the drinks are strong and good!

Thanks for hosting our large party. Really enjoyed a great dinner with great service. Would recommend to anyone. If you are staying downtown near convention center, about a 10 min Uber. You go through an interesting part of LA but the food is worth it.

1st visit. I used to go to 6th & mill the pizzeria they used to run. And unfortunately, it looks like it close now. Overall, this was a really good experience. Food was delicious, we had the diavola pizza-a nice spicy pepperoni pizza, the pork shank with polenta and the red snapper. Chianti, a lemon drop, a light beer and a barolo were the drink for the night. Only thing, the barolo was corked a had turned. But overall I'd come back. Looks like a great spot in the summer. The patio is left to be desired during the winter.

Amazing food, we really had a great time with a large party of 16. Servers were very kind polite and the service was very quick. We really recommend this place, the pasta is really good!

Food was not up to par. My forth time here and I was disappointed in the food also the service. The buccatini pasta was extremely fishy, so was the swordfish. The service was very rushed at first but then turned out to be decent. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

One of our cocktails wasn't delivered with the rest of the drinks and so we asked for it. The restaurant ended up charging us for 2 cocktails when we only ordered 1. Not only did they bring the cocktails more than halfway thru our meal, but they overcharged us for it.

Overall good food with very friendly service in a nice warehouse style restaurant atmosphere. The parpadella was undercooked, lacking in flavor, and too al dente, but the meat was lean and plentiful. Beet salad was nice but glad I asked for reduced vdressing; beet chunks were also a wee bit too small.I doubt that I’ll rush back here, but if someone want a to go, I wouldn’t say no.

Nice place for upscale italian food. Food is good, just heavy on the noodle portion of the serving. Servers are quick to take your plate away, (you might have wanted that last bite! ha!). Ambiance is fantastic! Great place over all.

My girlfriend and I found BRERA almost last minute for Valentines Day. We were able to make a 9:30p reservation. When we got there, it was packed and we ended up getting sat 50 min later at 10:20. Aside from the chaos of people getting sat, hands down the best Italian meal we've had in a long time. Food was outstanding, wine and cocktail menu was spot on. The service was great and we ended up getting a free dessert for waiting so long. The meal was worth the wait! We can't wait to go back and try their lunch.

We came on Valentine's Day with a reservation but the line to check in wasn't a line at all. Very unorganized and midway through providing our resy info, the hostess stepped away without saying anything to seat another party. Just wasn't an efficient process whatsoever & got sat 25 min after our reservation. The ravioli though... phenomenal! Brownie was worth burning it had a foul flavor like a canna brownie would 0/10 for that, good wine & gelato. I'm sure the experience is better on less busy days.

Amazing! First time here. Drinks. 100% (baba yaga rocks!), Appetizers 100% (bread with ricotta and green essence), Pork Shoulder 100%. Everything here is 100%. Service was very attentive. I would come back again. I drove out 55 miles to get here. Would do it again.

I saw the reviews on service and our experience was pretty different. Very attentive and solid. The food did not disappoint! We had the tartar, fennelà88î salad was so simple but crisp andn perfectly balanced. We ordered a simple margherita pizza as an appetizer and it was perfect. I tasted my husbands dish. The beef cheek which was so good although i thought the lentils it was on were bland. I had the paradelle and it was quite tasty and fresh. All in all a good experience.

We were looking for a last minute reservation on a Saturday evening before a Music Center show, and this was the only place we could find with a table, which we were very grateful for. The staff was friendly and accommodating when we arrived late and had a short window. The patio dining was nice and reasonably warm, despite the cool evening. The ambience was nice, industrial chic. The music outside could have been a little less party time type music for our taste, but may have pleased another crowd. We ordered the sweet potato soup, the red snapper, the red trout, the mushroom pizza, and the semolina bread with a side of olive oil in addition to the whipped ricotta it came with. Most of the food was ok, none great, and quite pricey. The red snapper was a little fishy, not perfectly fresh, which was disappointing given the hefty price tag. It also only came with a thin slice of fennel, a few small roasted tomatoes and coulis, which was pretty slim. The pizza took 30 minutes to arrive and was not bad - again, not great or justifying the price (dough lacked complexity, short on flavor) but fine. And the terrific staff got us out of there in 50 minutes to get to our show on time, which made it all worth it to us. Would I go there if I had other choices? No. Was I glad we got fed and treated nicely in a nice environment with a last minute Sat night request? Absolutely.
