I was on the lookout for a decent sub sandwich place and found Olive It on Google. The inside of the establishment is nice and quaint. I got the Neapolitan Sandwich with a bag of plantain chips and a soda which was not only delicious but also very reasonably priced; for the same amount I'd get regular at Jersey Mike's.
This is a good small business that makes great sandwiches. And if you're looking for a Subway or Jersey Mike's replacement, give Olive It a try.

Charming neighborhood deli with delicious home-style deli sandwiches, soups and salads made fresh. Everything is lovingly made and sandwiches are to preference. I ordered a veggie sandwich on pumpernickel and it was so tasty. My husband ordered a chipotle turkey sandwich and the chicken pozole soup. Devoured! The owner is super personable and it’s not surprising they’ve been in business over 20 years. You got a new customer in me Olive It!
Vegetarian options: Ask for vege options. I don’t know about vegan however.

We came a little later in the day and unfortunately they were sold out of a few things, but testament to the fact they make everything fresh daily. I found the menus a bit confusing, but ended up with a wonderful veggie/cheese sandwich on olive bread.

We split a turkey salami sandwich and had a side pasta salad. The sandwich was delicious and the bread very fresh. The pasta salad had a light, flavorful dressing. It is near LAX but aircraft noise is minimal. There were 4 in our party, and we used up all the seating outdoors.

Such delicious and fresh sandwiches! I typically get the #7, but recently switched to the specialty turkey and roast red pepper and it is amazing! The imported provolone really makes a difference in flavor. They have a lifelong customer in me!
