I placed an order yesterday (8/28) around 8:40PM.I ordered Hawaiian BBQ Mix & BBQ & Katsu Mix & Crab Rangoon. Wasn't able to check my food in store since the cashier already tied the bag. When I opened it at home, I was very disappointed coz I didn't get my Hawaiian BBQ Mix. I was given 2 orders of BBQ & Katsu Mix. I was really expecting to eat my Kalbi last night . Also, as I was picking it up, the cashier who assisted me was mean. Her mind was occupied coz an old lady sat on their chair, which supposedly a company policy that nobody is allowed to sit. The lady has a bracelet that she has back problems & can fall easily I guess. So coz of this, she wasn't really paying attention to me when I asked if there are sauces in the bag such as katsu sauce, teriyaki sauce, & sriracha sauce. She didn't give me an answer but instead she gave me katsu sauce, so I assumed the answer was a no. So then I asked for the rest and she said "look lady, the sauces are inside already!" Wasn't gonna ask for more if she only said the sauces are inside to begin with. Gave them 2 stars because of Crab Rangoon.

So I love this place and it's always great but today I walk in and there was just one lady waiting for her food and a couple placing an order then was my turn and I ordered, I had to wait for my order 30 mins. Why? Because only one employee helping and packing orders for online while the manager I assume was counting money and no helping. Then manager start helping because the line was getting pretty long. Manager was not wearing gloves, which I think is very necessary at this moments. This place is essential they should take care of their customer as well.

I placed an order today right at cut off time through post mates. Today I had a great experience with the food and delivery. Thank you for getting my order right and including sauces. Also my post mate's Mateo made the experience even much more great because he was prompt and friendly!

I just witnessed the girl with the short blonde hair being super mean to the girl in front of me and honestly it was not okay not planning on going back especially since I was with my daughter and this made me really uncomfortable. Upper management reallly needs to fire that girl.

I get the fire chicken or the katsu and terriyaki chicken combo and never feel disappointed. Portions are reasonably filling. Once in a while I get spam musubi and it hits the spot. Not bad for the price. I recommend them without hesitation!!! Noʻu ka hauʻoli!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! It took only five minutes into eating my BBQ beef meal that I was hit with food poisoning. I wasn't quite sure if it was the beef, so two hours later I took two more bites and BOOM back in the bathroom. I ordered from this place a couple weeks ago and it was pretty good. I will NEVER EVER CONSIDER EATING HERE

The customer service at this location is not that great. Thankfully, Grace, was beyond amazing and made up for her horrible co-worker. Grace was swamped and she took orders, answered the phone, packed everything While her horrible co-worker Mara was sitting in the dining room, listening to music and talking on the phone. Not to mention, when she took my order she had a disgusting attitude.

This is my favorite Hawaiian food of all the places I have tried I always get the Hawaiian mix Nd it always satisfies the Mac salad is so good and always want doubles I eat this and won't be hungry again rest of the day it never fails me. I highly recommend this place.
