It’s wildly popular, so making a reservation is recommended and plan on taking a Lyft or paying the $4 for valet.I feel this place is good, but not great. The flavor of the meats was just not there. The price we paid for the flavors we got was off the mark.

This was my first time back at Oo Kook after many years. I was excited to see that the restaurant has maintained its great service and food quality. We enjoyed the all you can eat format. We will be back again!

Best Korean BBQ in Los Angeles! So many choices of meat and sides. Superb fast service. Food will be in your mouth within a minute of sitting down. Our host Kristene was amazing! She helped us cook our meat to perfection!!!!!! This kbbq is a must.

Provided us with good quality of meats. So good. But the attitude of servers was questionable. All were nice, but a senior one was a little bit rude. He maybe is tired. There was no air duct in the ceiling, and all smoke was spread to us.

Since moving to LA I've bee loving Korean BBQ and have been trying a lot of locations. This is by far the best you will get for all you can eat. I would highly recommend this place for people who want an intro to kbbq or who just love kbbq in general.EDIT: I also have to edit my review. I don't know if this place is under new management or times have changed, but the food quality has definitely gone down. For those who are new to this place I'm sure it's still a good option, but for those who have been here for years, this place has definitely changed. Will be looking for a new place as I did get sick after eating here. Just unfortunate but again, just my own opinion.

Really great food! Came here because of BuzzFeed. Pork Jawl, Ox Tongue and the marinated thin slices of beef were my faves! The customer service was really good here too. It was our first time and their recommendations were spot on. They are really busy though so each server is really quick pace with you. If you aren't comfortable with that, I won't blame you.We did order the steam egg it was a bit more on the drier side, I like mine a less dry and more soupy.Edit:I don't know what happened to this place but it's so different now and its the complete opposite of my review from 6 years ago. Won't be coming back.

This is a good All You Ken It meat restaurant in Koreatown :) The quality of meat is good for the price. Time limit: 90 minutes.

Your not welcome if your a single person looking to dine here. First time I have ever experienced discrimination as a single dinner. Will never give this place my business again.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is one of those times where I have to. To start with, we got 3 meats and some shrimp. The meat was very flavorless and one of them had a weird taste to it, like it was going bad. The only thing that wasn't bad was the kimchi soup. At the end of the day, the food got me sick.... Now the service, it would of been fully horrible if it wasn't for only one guy, he was a taller guy with black hair. He was nice and checked on our meat often. But the rest of the staff was really bad. Mainly one guy with blond hair who walks around with a horrible attitude towards everyone just rolling his eyes. I would defenetly not go back, and it should be your last go to option. Save your self from a bad experience, and probable stomach virus
