I live on the other side of LA and don’t make it here as often as I’d like. But each time I do, I’m impressed all over again. The Danish hot dog is an upscale version of what you find all over the streets of Copenhagen. My only complaint is that I wish there was an east side location!

Stumbled on this gem when we were in the area getting coffee. The owners were extremely helpful and attentive, and the food was very high quality.
We had the open faced sandwich platter thing, and a side of potatoes, all of which were delicious and well balanced.
The back patio is inviting, well shaded, and nicely protected from road noise too.
We'll definitely be back!

I never leave reviews but this place is so good! They made sandwiches, which are otherwise ordinary, into something I can enjoy as a treat. I got chicken salad and potato sandwiches as takeout, and the presentation (even the napkins that came with the food) is so elegant. It's clear that the owners really care about the food and the customers - I can't recommend this place enough!

First off I want to say the owner(s) are delightful and so is the staff. I would recommend coming here when you have a moment to relax and indulge in wholesome conversation because these people are charming af.
I was in a rush and ordered the chicken salad sandwich purely out of convenience and it completely changed my worldview on what can be accomplished in a sandwich. It was creamy without that overpowering "mayo" flavor (idk if the base even was mayo but it was delicious) and came covered in a variety of delicately pickled veggies–including a "crispy caper" that was so good I missed my exit TWICE when I was first tasting it. The baguette was toasted and the salad was nestled in a gorgeous lettuce leaf so you still got to enjoy a lot of texture without soggying up the bread. Generous portions, very filling, and came with more pickled treats on the side. Worth every penny.
I will be talking about this sandwich for years to come.
