I live on the other side of LA and don’t make it here as often as I’d like. But each time I do, I’m impressed all over again. The Danish hot dog is an upscale version of what you find all over the streets of Copenhagen. My only complaint is that I wish there was an east side location!

This is my favorite place to have lunch in LA. The owners are great and welcoming. The food is top notch. And the vibes oh man the vibes. Miss that great food you had in Copenhagen last summer? OpenFace will fill that hole in your heart with a Danish hotdog and a smørrebrød

Stumbled on this gem when we were in the area getting coffee. The owners were extremely helpful and attentive, and the food was very high quality.

We had the open faced sandwich platter thing, and a side of potatoes, all of which were delicious and well balanced.

The back patio is inviting, well shaded, and nicely protected from road noise too.

We'll definitely be back!
