Under a new owner! Foods are much better than when it was 'Pa Ord'. Waitresses are the same. Free parking before 5 PM. You gonna love this place!
Loved the food here! It's definitely not a fancy place but it had some of the best Thai food I've had (and I eat Thai food quite a bit. ) I got Pad Thai and Papaya Salad, pretty classic, but both were packed with flavor. The Pad Thai was less sweet and more tangy than most others but that's how I like it! The salad was well balanced and had big chucks of raw garlic and lots of peanuts. It seemed like all the other customers were Thai themselves, which says to me it must be a pretty authentic place.
One of my favorite sausages. Their tom yum noodle soup is hard for me to find anything close to. They also have a holy basil that's solid.I love the peanuts that come with the sausage. Make sure if you order tom yum noodle you specify it's the noodle soup because they have the regular one most thai restaurants have.
Absolutely incredible, both Pa Ord locations are my favorite in Thai Town. I love the noodle soups the most, got the clear noodle with beef and it’s fantastic. Highly recommend it’s a repeat for me.
One of my fave thai food in LA.Must try: minced pork spicy basil, chicken wings, chicken satay & spicy char kwetiaw???
Went in for a quick lunch and it was satisfying. The waiter was attentive and fill up the glass of water several times.
Can’t recommend the tom yum seafood noodle soup. Broth is nothing like tom yum soup. No lemon grass & no mushroom. Seafood consisted of fishballs & Thai kamaboko(surimi). Rest was ground pork, char siu, & liver. Another would recommend the yen ta fo. Although, both soups were lacking in the vermicelli portion. We sampled some crab curry. Turned out to be the best Thai curry to date for me. Golden & spiced just right.
Super authentic Thaifood! We ordered the beef boat noodle and Drunken noodle. Both were super delicious!
Got food poisoning and despite it being clearly visible they take card they demanded our group pay cash. When we said we didn't have enough in cash they charged us double the prices listed on the menu. There's a reason this place only gets overflow from ruen next door.
Kao Soi noodle... good god it's so good. The classic Pad Thai has good color and flavor, unlike other Thai places that I have tried. This place gives large portions and uses quality cuts of meat. I couldn't be happier!

One star for very attentive waiters.I try to support Thai business. I ordered a few noodle dishes. Broth is great and authentic. I tried the wonton but the wonton itself is old, sour and essentially inedible. I notified them but they kept telling us excuses that this’s normal. They packed the wonton soup for me to take home. I tasted it again, it’s all bad. Luckily, I didn’t end up with food poisoning.I hope they listen to the customer. If the ingredient is bad, they should throw away the whole batch for customer safety. I’ll not return to this restaurant to risk my health again.
Very tasty thai food. Big selection to choose from. Very recommended
One of the best Thai spots in town. The food is very flavorful and not too heavy. I enjoy their pad Thai with shrimp and their Thai iced tea. I wish I lived closer so I could order more often.
Delicious Thai food that was both fast and friendly. It's a rather small establishment but appears to have a constant influx of customers. The food was fresh and tasty. I especially appreciated the many noodle choices and spice level available on most all of their dishes. Parking can be an issue here. And we were told it's easily an hour long wait to get in during the weekend, so plan accordingly if you want to visit.
BEST THAI SPOT IN HOLLYWOOD!! This place is amazing! The flavors are spot on and the crispy pork is incredible! I've had these same dishes (minus the crispy pork) at many different places and this place is the BEST!!If you don't believe me just try it!! You won't regret it and you might even thank me later. But seriously, just like this review after if you agree or if you know a better place, do share. I'm always looking for good Thai spots.
