First, let me say that Mexican food is one of my top three favorite foods. So it hurts my feelings to be so disappointed with a staple in the community. That being said, this place needs some TLC. It's a little too dark for me, but comfortable enough. Freshly made tortillas are probably the best thing going, with the chips & salsa being a close 2nd. This place is a legend. Food is great, abuelas make the tortillas fresh by hand, margs hit the spot!

What mexican restaurant doesn't have red peppers? The chicken is not good either. Tastes like strips you buy in the frozen foods at the store.
