Palm Tree is a great choice to hang out with friends. K especially has been helpful with everything. Service is a 10/10

I went here for my birthday and had a fantastic time.

Food: I don't remember honestly and don't think we ordered any food there as we had just come from KBBQ down the street.

Service: They were very attentive and I was able to get a reservation, check in and pay without any issues. There was a bottle of champagne included with the birthday package price which was nice and got the night started.

Ambiance: It's a nice, clean space and the private rooms are a great spot to sing - I can't honestly think of anything negative about this place. If you're looking for a reasonably priced spot to sing for a couple of hours without strangers ogling you, give this place a try!

We had an amazing time at Palm Tree Karaoke for a birthday party! The service was excellent—friendly and accommodating. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, even letting us stay longer. The atmosphere was fun, and the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommend for a fun night out!

For a Karaoke place this is solid. Definitely on the more expensive side but then again its expensive to go out in general now a days. Overall, a good time. I only knock down a star because we had to call for help more than a few times due to connectivity issues with the TV

Came here with a large group of guys! Had such an amazing time, they had every song we could have asked for! They were extremely accommodating and service was top notch! Can’t wait to come back and celebrate again

We were trying to find a karaoke spot for my last night in LA and this place had open rooms so we made a reservation here and it was great! We came from out of state for a fun weekend and the workers here were incredibly nice, the service was good, and the atmosphere was awesome. The rooms were really nice and comfortable as well. It was pretty easy to find the location too. I would definitely recommend this place for a fun night of karaoke with friends! I will definitely return here when I visit LA in the future.

The place is beautiful and you can feel the good energy and vibes since the moment you step in. The service is very friendly, they welcome with good positivity and attitude. The prices are reasonable. I got the standard package which comes with a bottle or Soju (depends which one you choose) and tasty food and juicy fruits.

So much fun in this clean and festive karaoke spot in the heart of Koreatown LA! Service is impeccable, drink choices are abundant and finger foods were exactly what we were craving. We had so much fun singing together- the song choices were plentiful and we found all the ones we were looking for
