The food tonight was so so. But the guy working behind the counter serving the food... His fingernail beds were BLACK with dirt!!! Grossed me out to big time! Wondering if he ever scrubbed his fingernails or washed his hands for that matter. At least she didn't physically touch the food.He was a nice guy and did his job. So sorry to say but it really grossed me out.But hygiene working in a food service organization needs to be number one!

It's a panda express. Chinese food served fast. There were two or three people cooking, and only one person at the counter. But this one guy crushed it. He works like a machine, and actually dishes out generous portions. I would definitely go back if I was in the area, and was craving it.The only thing I don't like is that because of The pandemic, Pavilions removed their outdoor seating and dining area. I really wish they would bring the tables and chairs back, so you could actually have a place to sit down and eat.

Great ! Best Panda Express around here. Inside the Pavillions grocery store . Good service, everything is always available and fresh, if they do run out they cook up new batches right away . Fast friendly service always, no matter how busy they get!

I would give this place a 4.5 but the portion of the food they give u it's not okay a plate is like 12 bucks and a lil bit of food they gotta do better with the portion it's so small of portion they put not even the regular China restaurant give u that amount like they do .... Also sometimes the chow mine is too hard like if that was an old one always make sure to get the fresh ones cause they always put the old one on top u can till if it's the old one cause it turns black

Nice staff. Can't really complain as my standards for Panda Express is extremely low hahaha. I was craving and took the risk. The rice was hard/overcooked, but I was pleasantly surprised with their portions. The ladies working were nice to me as well. They even gave me an extra fortune cookie and fork - presumably because they saw my bf with me. I'd go again! My tip to you: be nice to them and they might just give you what you're hoping for. :]

I specifically asked to include utensils in my order. Guess what’s not included with my order?

Panda Express is a fairly large Americanized Chinese food chain. They can be considered fast food because all of the entrees and most sides are prepared in advance in large woks. As one of the dishes starts to get low, the chefs will cook a new batch in a large wok and the new batch gets added to the choice of dishes (entrees and sides) in a just in time manner. You can choose ala cart or you can choose to get a 2 or 3 item combo. The combo plates include your choice of fried rice or chow mein or you can split those choices 5050. The 2 item combo is their most popular choice and they do give you good sized portions. I usually cannot finish a 2 item combo in one sitting and have leftovers for a snack later. Many large chains like Panda Express have issues with consistency of their menu items from restaurant to restaurant but Panda Express does not suffer from that problem. I have eaten at many different Panda Express locations and the food is exactly the same as far as ingredients, cook, and flavor goes. Their menu ecipes are Americanized to appeal to a broader set of customers so if you are looking for Chinese food that is more adventurous in flavor, spices and ingredients, Panda Express may be a bit of a disappointment to you. That is not to say that the food there is not good. That couldn't be further from the truth. All of the dishes at Panda Express are flavorful and properly cooked. They just have more in common with American food than they do with Chinese food. As long as you keep that in mind, you should have no problems finding dishes you will enjoy and will want to come back for again.

Food was cold, I didn't see any steam from the steam table. I asked the representative if the heating system was on, but she ignored. "Lilian" turned her back to me and said come again, she was less than interested in work.
