Hi dear server man. I just got my 3 plates with teriyaki chicken. He put all left over into my plate. Omg.. that chicken personally you are not gonna eat. LOoks very oily and just burned small left over tiny small piieces. There were line behind me I didnt complain. I just big my surprised. OMG ... CANT EAT... throw away... why dont you eliminate that burned small pieces. I paid my food not asking left over small burned pieces .... Please think about that you are serving people. I was so humilated... I'm really not happy ... Omg ... please don't do this. I didn't ask left over for free ....

It was either here or Chipotle but after the reviews on there I figured Panda would be better here at 10:30pm but nope! When I ordered the plate I asked if I could substitute an entree for a side instead of just a whole 2 entree of white steamed rice and the girl just completely shrugged off the request and offered by saying āso you want a bigger plate?ā Like really?! What part of substituting an 1 out of 2 entrees of white rice for a third side insteadā¦did you understand from me of assuming I wanted a bigger plate?!!! Like thereās little to know broccoli but they did offer to make more but itās late and as much I donāt want to wait just as much as they donāt want make it bc Iām sure they just want to close up soonā¦..now I am home RUBBERY Teriyaki Chicken and STICKY WHITE RICE and HARD bacon bits size of ORANGE CHICKEN!!!! If just want the taste of panda late night come here but do not come here if youāre looking a good late night meal!

I come eat here after work a lot with my dad to this location, my father isn't fluent in English but understands it more than speaking it i've had one occasion with a women in black glasses giving him and attitude for not ordering fast enough, we where hesitant about getting another plate but decided to get another plate and when we asked for another plate in her words she said "THAT IS WHY I ASKED IF THAT WAS IT"I didn't speak up for my dad at the moment but I felt rushed and defensive because why are we annoying for asking for another plate ? I let it slide but today my dad went to eat and while ordering he was listing what he wanted on his plate starting with chow mien and she cuts him off before asking for his sides saying "oh just a plate of chow mien?" Like give him a second not everyone speaker fluent English and isn't quick to order especially with language barriers ,I like this location but the service this women is giving my father genuinely hurts my feelings like what does it cost to be patient and understanding, I get work can be overwhelming but it's not to be taken out on customers.
Fresh, clean food. Great taste. Easy, no hastle, consistent and deluscious. Not gourmet nonetheless always dependable. The only time I have ever encountered rude employees and horrific service was at the Panda Express at the stripmall located on Venice Boulevard at Western Avenue. The employees at that location ought to be collectively fired. The place was filthy dirty and they were playing with the food. They behave as though they are entitled. The food was not fresh, and they had dirt under their nails. They were speaking words of profanity and insulting the clientele. Stay away from that location.

Parking: Its behind the panda Express and all the other stores there's about 40 or more parking spots

Wheelchair accessibility: Both entrances are wheelchair accessible and almost all the tables have space for a wheelchair.

It is annoying when they ask you if you want to donate before asking if you want some sauce but hay. The portion of your donation, and drink does go to the cost of the food.
