Overall, my experience at Panda Express Eaglerock was decent. The food was satisfactory in small portions, and the service was average. However, the ambiance could use some improvement as it felt a bit lackluster. It's a decent option if you're in a hurry and craving Chinese food, but don't expect anything exceptional.

Americanized Chinese food. Although the claim that each dish is based on something from China, it is not. They have teriyaki chicken here, which is Japanese. The place is a little small. Not much indoor seating. It was under staff when I went. The line was long than what I normally experience at Panda Express. There was only one person working the food bar.

Still waiting on my online order that was supposed to be ready by 1152. Its 1205. What thsy do is they prioritize the walk in. I was observing them jumping orders ahead of mine.

It seems that their steak product needs to Improvement. No flavor, chewy and chunks of fat at this location. I would stick with the chicken or vegetable orders.

The seem rushed yet take a long time to get your order ready. Asked for flatware and sauce got neither. Not the best location. No drive through and haphazard service

This is bullshit!! I get home to this... tell me if you wouldn't be pissed when you hardly ever go out and get takeout and come home to find that for $30.11 this is all they give you in an 3 entree plate. Does this look like a descent portion to you...??? Where's the value in this? Quality and quantity is definitely not here!!! Do not come here, you definitely will NOT get your moneys worth, Panda has become incredibly stingy with their portions and the cost is UNREASONABLE AND RIDICULOUS!!!! We are better off going to a Mom and Pop restaurant.!!!! To come here you will regret it!!!! Unfortunately, Yelp forces me give them a star that they do not deserve!!!!

Don't order online from this Panda Express. This is all of the broccoli beef that came with my plate order tonight. Idc if they were running out and wanted to fulfill the order quickly, I would rather wait for more than be served these scraps.

The girl serving the rice was rude, and only game me little bit of rice, but I'm glad she did because the fry rice was so hard I had to throw it away. I order beef broccoli and no beef just broccoli. Wanted to get a plate of white rice and 1 entry and she got mad cause I didn't want it in a bowl. She almost forced me to buy 2 entrée. I will never go back to this panda express ever
