The chicken teriyaki was good but the beef thing looks like my đŸ’© from this morning. Also it was really hard and tasted/ felt old and dry.

Not the best Chinese food but if you are desperate for Chinese, it serves its purpose. Must get the orange chicken

The Baseline: For a Chinese restaurant the food must be fresh, classic dishes need to be executed with skill, accompaniment sides must match with the style, and the plating must be of good presentation.

Food: The food at Panda is good to eat for quick meals. Pre-prepped food that just needs to be dished onto your box. I stick with string beans chicken, teriyaki chicken, and steamed vegetables to give my carb craving a break. Solid meal but I know I am eating a bit excess salt when I come to a Panda Express.

Service: Fast and efficient and the staff was friendly.

Ambiance: The Charger Commons is a nice shopping venue for restaurant chains. The inside and outside dining is nice at this location. Clean restaurant and restrooms.

The food gave me food poisoning before my 11 hour flight. Spent hours throwing up after eating here.

I was craving for some Asian foods after my long flights. I chose the PLATE menu - fried rice with chicken orange and beef brocoli. It’s so affordable. The value for money is very high. I finished almost everything (look at my plate) 😆😆

If I could put 7 stars for the food, I would, the fried rice and hot sauce combo was simple, yet unbelievably delicious. My only problem is the lady getting the food who gave a pretty small portion of the premium beef. She seemed very grumpy and wanted to quit her job.

Couldn't believe the restaurant only has forks ... but no spoons or knives?

3 stars for 3 reasons

1. The orange chicken was crispy and somewhat fresh considering I got there 40 mins before closing. The Beijing beef was still warm and crispy.

2. The price is about average for airport food.

3. Quantity is a lot for what you pay!

Minus 2 stars for 2 reasons

1. They don’t have the food entree properly labeled so that can create confusion.

2. The lady that worked there that night was rude and not nice.

Always talking to each other, don't acknowledge customers, Cooks in the back always laughing and they put a ton of salt in my son's super green. This place including the manager has got immature staff working there, we've already notified Panda however I'm not sure if they're getting the message. Thank you 👎

DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!

I’ve work at Panda Express before and let me tell you the way they treat their customers is MIND BLOWING. If the REGIONAL MANAGER is okay with how this Panda Express is running it should be a SERIOUS issue. Not sure why the medium cups are being sold as SMALL cups?!? Whoever the Asian lady is with her black shirt has the worst attitude! As an AM or GM you shouldn’t get upset when your customers want to wait on fresh chowmein. She stated it will be a 10-15 minute wait without asking the cook in the back, and then proceeded to throw my plate and my boyfriend’s bowl toward the cashier. I would’ve loved to order some appetizers but the experience was horrible. It shocked me how they treated us and everyone else who was ordering before/after us. The cashier was sooo rude and gave us the dirtiest attitude even proceeded to ask for a tip. Honestly, if I knew the service was this horrible I would’ve ordered at a smaller cafe. They obviously do NOT follow Panda’s mission. Which is “to deliver exceptional Asian dining experiences by building an organization where people are inspired to better their lives.” A little message to the regional manager or even a TL
please re-train this entire crew on how to NICE or come observe how rude they treat your customers.

The waitress (who might actually be the branch manager) was very very rude when we ordered the food at the counter. She just stared at us angrily and impatiently and literally threw our food box onto the counter when we finished ordering. When we asked if there was any hot water, the cashier said no and told us that the rude waitress at the counter (who might be the branch manager) would not let her give us any hot water. The food was very salty and tasted terrible. This is the WORST service at a restaurant that I have ever encountered in LA!! This dining experience basically ruined my previously good impression of this city.
