LATAM Airlines gave me a meal coupon due to a delay, so I ate it, but the portion was large, but the taste was so-so.

Appetizing, varied choice and very good. We shared a “bigger plate” between 2, it was delicious. Good meal before a long flight, and more than adequate price level for the quantity

The food was good but what I really wanted was the teriyaki chicken but they were out of it and said it would take couple hours to make more. I kinda felt that they wanted to sell what they had left first before making more of what they were out of. The service was nice. It’s a convenient spot to eat while you wait for your flight!

Service was horrible. Florence had an attitude and was blaming us for her mistakes. If she worked for me in my company, I would’ve fired her on spot. That is not customer service

The lady working there named florece or florenche was a horrible employee and disrespected us. She deserves to be fired

Food was okay, service was friendly - however, I really dislike that no reusable tableware is used. You will get the food in one time use disposable packaging, which from my point of view is a huge production of unnecessary (plastic) waste. Most people that I observed were eating at the tables next to the store anyways, so I do not see a reason to use one time disposable packaging over reusable tableware.Below you can see the trash produced by one Bowl.

We don't eat at Panda Express too often, but we do enjoy Asian food and we do have some food allergies to consider when we eat out making this a great option at the airport. Unfortunately, when we were there they were out of rice for the day and only had noodles or veggies for a base. The food we got was just average. When we asked about items containing dairy, the person taking orders really didn't know anything. Luckily, we could access the information online to distinguish which item my son could eat.

you cant handle the truth

Terrible and rude customer service!!! This is a airport location and you can order online especially if your a employee in the airport like me and it's supposed to be a no time wait in line option even though you still may wait 2 or 3 minutes if there passing out other online orders but this rude little girl that was the cashier keep taking the customers in line instead of taking 1 second to hand me my bag!!! I even said I'm here for a pick up and she pointed at the line and that's not my problem I'm just a customer not a panda employee so I had to cancel not eat and go back to work.... avoid this location for any of the other much better options that are in Tbit.... PLEASE train your employees better panda express. Not ordering from there again or on this shopdine lax if it does not help you get your order quicker cause Whats the point if you still have to get in line
