The drink machine doesn't work, the drinks in the refrigerators are warm, that is, the refrigerator doesn't work either, there is no toilet. The girl behind the cash register is not very friendly. I won't come here

I goto this restaurant once a week for lunch . Today I forgot my Grey 200 dollar down Jacket. After realizing what had happened, I called and inquired. the Person answering the Phone hung up on me. Called 5 more times and another person picked up and said they did not find anything .I know there is a camera in the restuarant that will show who has my jacket .I urge the manager to reach out to me with the evidence

I have always go to this Panda Sawtelle branch at least once a week since this is closest to my office. I signed up for rewards program- the kind that earns you points when you buy a meal. However just today I went and used my rewards code to earn points again only to be gettin an error message saying "you've already earned Panda points for this transaction" which is not correct since this is a new receipt and the first time I am entering the code. Is this a scam? The system is preventing me to earn more points from my new receipt because I have accumulated over 1000+ already? my receipt and error message from the website is attached.

First time ordering online, and my experience was horrible. Tmobile was running a $1 bowl special for the new spicy shrimp bowl, but you had to order online. I ordered and got an alert my food would be ready in 5 mins. I walked over 10 mins later. I decided to order something else just in case I didn't like the new spicy dish. I went thru the line, got up to the cashier, paid, and then told her I had a togo order as well. She asked me my name and then said it'll be up shortly. It is now 20 mins after my order was said to be ready. I wait and wait. Another 5 minutes go by and nothing. Then I looked up and saw another woman ask the cashier why I was standing there. Idk what she mumbled. The new lady says ma'am your order is ready." I ask the other cashier why she didn't say anything. She claims she called my name twice. Keep in mind I'm standing at the first table by the register she did not call my name. The other lady brings over an order that I can already tell is too big to be mine. I saw two plates in the bag and she was giving me a drink. I tell her its not mine she says it is mine. I started to take it just to prove a point. I told her no it's not and that I ordered a bowl. She looks crazy bec they now don't know who's order they just tried to give me and where my order is. After a minute or so, she brings me a bag with my name on and says it's been ready. I just grabbed the bag and walked out. So that means my order was ready when I walked in 25 mins ago. Of course, when I got back to work, the food was cold and not edible. It was also only 2 peppers, rice and shrimp. I chalked it up as it was only $1, but I'm glad I thought to order something else. There is always something going on with this location. Do better.

The employee here genuinely HATE every customer. The amount of food for a dish is TINY. I literally get 3-4 shrimps for a sizzling shrimp that cost extra. And they put wrong food for my order multiple times. Simply HEARTLESS and RUDE.

Pandas are not only adorable animals, they are delightful restaurants Typically conviently place throughout cities. This WestLA location on busy Sawtelle Blvd (loaded with great places to eat) offers great service, fresh food, and quick and easy access to tasty Chinese grub. The inside of the restaurant is clean, offering several tables to eat onsite or quick access for Togo orders. I would recommended two entree plate: half fried rice/half chow mein, with orange chicken and beef & broccalie or teriyaki chicken. Unfortunately no Beijing beef here.Parking lot right next door.Free the pandas and feed your belly!

It's panda express. You get what you expect. However, this is the first panda express that I know of that limits the portions. I honestly think all panda express limits portions but this restaurant blatantly counts the entree portions as they serve the food. Either way, besides this, food is still what you expect, the service is good enough, and there's usually a lot of place to sit. There's also a convenient parking in the same plaza so parking isn't usually an issue. Food: 3/5Service: 4/5Ambiance: 1/5

Today at 4;00 came to get take out the black girl cashier was very rude to us veterans who came from veterans hospital, & staff was also not nice to us handicap veterans. Sad day for LACa. no respect for elders , hope they close this location.
