They gave me 4 pieces of orange chicken and 4 of beef! I order a bigger plate for a reason.

My boyfriend and I ordered takeout from this place, and we both fell sick shortly after eating. To make matters worse, we also caught COVID! That was the last place we visited before getting sick.
Also, the customer service from the manager, Liz, was equally appalling. She is incompetent and lacks the basic understanding of her role as a manager. Instead of apologizing for the poor service, she tried to justify her actions by claiming that I didn’t purchase food from there because I didn’t save my receipt. However, I had proof on my Panda rewards app that showed my transaction with the date and location of the purchase. So, jokes on her!
Initially, Liz offered me two complimentary plates, which was the amount we had ordered when I fell ill. However, she refused to provide a refund because we didn’t keep the receipt. When we decided to give the restaurant another chance, she denied the complimentary plates and offered only one.
It’s not just about the complimentary food; it’s about her dishonest and inconsistent behavior. She treats customers unprofessionally. If I had known she would lie, I would have taken my business elsewhere and never given this panda location another chance. Liz, please consider improving your customer service and professionalism. Without customers, you won’t have a job, so start treating them with respect and honesty.

Love this place but they have software or training issues. Orders placed with the app are cancelled or can’t be found. Frustrating when you pay for the meal and they can’t find the order in their system. Then after returning home, notification says order is ready!!! Now you have to go through cust service or contest the charge on your credit card for a refund. Now you’ve wasted an hour and did not get any food.

Worst panda express location, I have ordered online and I asked for mushroom chicken and black pepper chicken and It gave a 10 minutes wait, when I got there after 10 minutes, they told me that they don't have black pepper chicken and I have to wait 12 minutes more, I asked the guy that I don't have that much of time than he told me either choose another item or I am just going right now to cancel your order, he was very very rude and he is making decisions for customers, than I spoke with the manager and she was telling me that I have to wait even 20 minutes more because they have to make it from scra
tch, so I chose another item and left, I'm never going to put my foot in any Panda Express locations because when I want an item that I like and I paid for it , why should I change it ? Worst experience ever

Excellent if you are shopping in the place but if you come from outside just for the food you need a lot of time to go to the parking lot to go up two levels in steps and it is a busy area sometimes you have to wait in line

The line was long and moved slowly. They only had one employee serving the food and one at the register. The portions were small. The employees were rude and didn't greet or thank me. They didn't let me sample any food.
