Try not to eat there too often but the food is always so good there and it's easy and quick in and out. They always have a good selection of food and I've always found it to be fresh because of the high turnover, they are always preparing more.

I come to this place at least twice a week. Most of the people are really nice but JESS is a rude person. She gives dirty hatful looks and treat customers poorly. It shows she hates her job, the way she dumps food and pour drinks. She is horrific.

Had a mix up with my online order. The staff was very helpful and took. Care of the situation promptly.

Not only that you are paying for undressed food that was sitting there for God knows how long, the staff is rude, especially the guy with the black face mask. He forgot to give me a straw and proceeded to help someone else, so I reached to get my own. He told me "next time...." I responded, next time I'm not comming back as I spend too much $ on this crappy food to get attitude. Now this 2 1/2 star establishment will get 1 star from me

I'm a panda lover so I know what to expect. So my issue isn't with the food but their advertised combo special. Two plate item and a medium drink for 14.67.If you order these items separately the price is exactly the same so where is the special?? No extras for this special like an egg roll. So I'm calling BS on this and they get a one star

I usually order a plate with Chow-main, Kung Pao Chicken, and Bejing Beef.

The absolute worst location I've ever been to. No chicken in the green bean chicken, the eggplant and tofu was all squishy and gross, not one complete piece of either, the chow mein was stale and tasted old. They didn't even bother asking if I wanted any soy sauce, so I went and finally found a table and sat down and noticed no soy sauce!! People just don't care and there is NO customer service. Panda Express could care less because all of their locations are bad and cheap, not one piece of protein or quality food.... Gross and a waste of money!!

Probably the worst Panda Express I’ve had. Very small portions. Gave me 7-8 chili packets all stuck together and half of them were hard like the chili had been in their bin for years. Just gross. It was a really a let down ordering from this place.

order 3 entree plate and they give you 2 small scoops. whats the point of ordering a bigger one? oh and they scrape the old stale batch of orange chicken with the new one. this panda express stinks

F*** this place. How don't you have chicken teriyaki ready during lunch hour. People don't have 15 min to wait.

I like the Century City foodcourt, so that makes this Panda Express a little bit of a plus. I'm usually at the mall to watch AMC movies and sometimes go shopping. When I am in the mood, I have some Panda and this place is alright.
