There’s never parking. They never have super greens. They always make me wait so long for them to make food that they don’t have. Shouldn’t they be calling out entrees when they run low so customers never wait ? Idk …..I had the last straw today 3/13 ….the teriyaki chicken was raw and pink in the middle. Didn’t notice until I got home. Tried calling to get it fixed or whatever but they thought I was lying and trying to scam them. The experience sucks over all here. …. THey have lazy kids working here ….they’re always gossiping and complaining when I’m here .
Avoid this place completely. There are better panda expresses in the surrounding area to go to. This one sucks and not worth your time. Even if you think it’s conveniently close by.

Panda Express is one of the easiest places to grab quick Chinese-American comfort food. The ordering system is simple—pick your base like fried rice or chow mein, then choose a couple of entrees.
I went with the classic Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef with fried rice. The Orange Chicken was crispy, sweet, and a little tangy, exactly what you expect from Panda Express. The portions were generous and the food came out hot and fresh.
The place is casual and efficient, perfect for a quick lunch or takeout. It’s not authentic Chinese cuisine, but it’s tasty, consistent, and satisfying when you want something fast and flavorful.

Very disappointed they open whenever they want. On Google map says open at 9am they changed a day ago to 9:30. Most food is not ready guess in bright side it may be fresh 😅 hopefully. Sad because there was 5 people waiting for food. Picture of people waiting and empty food tray at 9:32am.

I’ve been catering from this location for the past 3 months and spending real money here. Today officially ended that.
The cashier Ana has the worst attitude I’ve experienced in any restaurant. She opens with “now what,” rolls her eyes, and treats customers like we’re bothering her just by existing. When we calmly addressed her behavior, she flat-out said, “That’s just how I am. I don’t care.”
If that’s how you are, you shouldn’t be in customer service. Period.
We asked for the manager. Sam came out and somehow made it worse — zero empathy, zero accountability, zero effort to resolve anything. When we asked for the district manager’s contact info, he gave us another store’s phone number instead. That feels intentional and dishonest.
So let me get this straight:
• Cashier openly admits she doesn’t care.
• Manager doesn’t care either.
• They dodge escalation instead of owning the problem.
That tells me everything about this location’s leadership and culture.
If you’re going to work in the food industry, have some basic people skills and professionalism. Customers literally pay your bills. Acting annoyed, rolling your eyes, and saying “I don’t care” isn’t a personality trait — it’s incompetence.
After months of loyalty and catering orders, we were treated like an inconvenience. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values customers — because this place clearly doesn’t.

It was a online order. Get there and food ain’t ready. They Tell me fried rice was going to be a wait time of 40mins minimum. Decided to take white rice instead, still ended up waiting long for the whole order. Need upper management to actually be physically in store. For them to actually stop talking and start serving orders right. Since I was missing the broccoli beef on one of my plates. Not just that need organization, they have a cashier charging and actually helping serving food without washing hands. This stores needs immediately attention and better customer service.

I don’t think this is acceptable because the person that was attend me and my family was laughing with his other coworker and he did not have a hair net for his beard and all the saliva was on my food

I appreciate Panda Express wide selection of goods and convenient locations that make shopping accessible for many people including myself. Happy Thanksgiving.
They NEVER get the order right!! It's not that hard to follow directions 🤦🏻♀️. Looking at the other reviews looks like this is an ONGOING issue with this location!!!
