Worst customer experience at any panda express. They are more focused on online orders than in person customer's. The person inferring of me waited 5-7 min then it was my turn to wait. The only good thing was that the young lady offered me a cup of water but the customer service was thrash!!!

9pm on A Monday and they Decided to hire a lazy cook on a Monday have him work the weekends, if he’s lazy not the days that are important
I ordered food from Dordash, the two dishes I ordered were different food, and they sent me orange chicken in both of them the same, what a terrible service, let's see if they pay more attention to what they are doing, I have already heard terrible comments from there but today I confirmed it .

I came to Panda today because I was hungry and I had just gotten out of work. I wanted to wash my hands before ordering my food and eating. I asked the team member KIM if I could use the restroom and that I would order after. She refused and said that I needed to pay first. I do not feel comfortable ordering and leaving my food unattended to go to the restroom. She was rude and not understanding.

Parking: Small parking lot, but you just need a little patience to wait for a spot to open up. The security guard was very kind to help folks waiting.
