(neighborhood panda)
8/10 times I'm disappoint w/the service that Myself or my children receive here.
The presentation of the plate (sloppy), not giving the appropriate portions when serving the food or putting the food in the plate then taking some back out. If you pay $12-$20 per person then you should get your money's worth instead of having someone take advantage of a child(ren) that come in to order a meal.
We come for the orange chicken as most people do, but even that most times is over cooked. Service w/no smile from the server.
Most times the workers at this Panda are mean, rude, or miserable and they hold on to the the food as if they are trying to keep enough for them to take home after closing.
* IF it wasn't for the orange chicken myself and a few hundred+ people wouldn't come to panda(s) at all because you can get better service with good size portions and a laugh and a smile at a mom and pop Chinese restaurant then what you get at Panda.

The man who invented the piano did so lovingly knowing that the best piano players were yet to be born. Whoever invented this restaurant chain has invented quite the piano. The team at this restaurant is what I call an analytics team. Not only do they know what direction this brand needs to go in they will also be able to harness AI since their analytics are superior to what any bot can pick up. I could see it in the teams' eyes. IP must be protected each analyst team member needs a password protected portal to submit novel proprietary suggestions to company r&d dept. A carbon copy; legal proof; of every portal submission must be sent to submitting author's email at moment of submission and copy sent simultaneously to USPTO as well. What needs to be hammered out is definition of novel bec a corporation is a ship at sea. Riders on the Storm

Solid Panda Express and I'm glad this option is available in my area. However--the dining room is tiny!

It seems stupid to me that they gave two sarticafos to my son and it expired today and they couldn't give them to me because because they were already expired it is unacceptable. If you had come the next day I understand but the truth is I'm upset
The rice is raw...

They delivered food with NO Condiments, napkins, utensils, and 8 on site to pick Condiments so naturally assumed they would be added, even 1-each. Nope and needed cuz food was dry and hard. You need a SAW to break and chew Broccoli, sand still too hard which means, not Cooked all the way through. Nothing seems like it was cooked today. A total waste. Don't waste your time shopping or ordering in/near the Hood, anything past Crenshaw going East, you'll be sooo sorry and disappointed, money your just throwing away and will not be fulfilled. I would take it back but 1 bad word to me, I would get arrested so i'mma wait for the next customer to go OFF on this place. Taking, stealing people's money, especially for delivery. If more folks came back and threw this crap in their faces, they would think twice about ripping people off.

All food is cleaned out 20 minutes before closing. Then, lock the doors if you don't plan on serving people after that time.

This is also a great location to get your food and they have a solid menu in this location. Santa Monica is definitely a great area to try out food. Need to be in this area more often. For the Chinese food lovers this is a quick place you can do get your food on the go instead of getting fast food. If you are looking for a job they are hiring as they pay good.
