Idk why they keep the store open an hour before closing if they aren’t going to cook any more food! This is unacceptable and poor business management. If Panda is Express is so worrries about losing money on extra food left at the end they should send home their employees home instead. It doesn’t make sense to have a full staff if they aren’t making money??? In that 1 minute I was there, 8 other people walked away as well on a Saturday night! Easily $80 wasted in 1 min.3/17/24 8:13 pm Decided to give them another try and again disappointed! Long line when we got there. They see a long line and don’t have the brains to make the cook, put more items to cook because it’s gonna eventually gonna get empty. Yup when I got to the front of the line a lot of the items were missing and had to wait to be cooked. They served the online orders before the people waiting in line that were there first which made the wait even longer ! Finally got the front and had to wait for chowmein, steak, chicken, and egg rolls. We had to wait for the eggs rolls extra time. They had finished serving 8 guests behind us before we got the egg rolls. In total we were standing longer than 30 mins !

Worst Panda location!!! I rarely leave reviews especially for a chain restaurant, but staff here is highly unorganized. Need to retrain employees as they DO NOT give the proper serving portions. Staff is too busy socializing which caused them to give me and 2 other customers the completely wrong orders.

Don’t not eat here this place is dirty nasty. The people that work there have horrible service. I found hair on 2 different entrees. When I informed the manager she just looked at me crazy like I want something no apology. They lie I will never ever eat there again and I will complain to corporate regarding my experience. Very disappointed

Today I ordered 3 bowls. And it turns out that in 2 bowls I got 2 hairs and that makes me feel quite bad. I spent about $31 and I had to throw away the two plates of food. The food is of course delicious, we love panda food but today it was very bad for us.

I LOVE coming to this panda everybody is so nice. I enjoy talking my kids there and the staff being so friendly to them. My favorite plate is all chow mein and double Kung Pao chicken with a diet Coke.Kid-friendliness: I love taking my kids there.Wheelchair accessibility: They have tables to accommodate wheelchair.

It’s your average Panda Express restaurant, no wonder chains are very thoughtful of opening store’s in the hood. People demand Michelin star service from a Panda Express. You get what you pay for, if you want great customer service and food to be made at your preference then don’t come here, cook at home, or go to a sit down restaurant
