Hi, I’d like to share some feedback about my experience today. I ordered fresh rangoons along with my Beijing Beef, and I specifically asked for them to be made fresh when I first walked in. The employee, Letty, didn’t put in the order, so my food ended up sitting and getting cold while I waited for the rangoons to be made. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or apologizing, she responded with, “Oh, you want to wait?” which was frustrating because I had already requested fresh rangoons from the start. I’m here with a baby, which makes the delay even harder, and now my food is cold while only the rangoons are fresh. This has been a very disappointing experience at this location.

I live near this location and i been going there for like 4 yrs and Today”s customer service was Amazing!! As soon as you go in they Greet you. Glenda is VERY SWEET and nice. Food today was YUMMY!

Absolutely disgusting experience at this Panda Express. The food was nasty, plain and simple. There’s clear cross-contamination happening—different entrees are getting mixed, and instead of replacing old food, the cook just dumps the fresh batch right on top of the stuff that's been sitting there. No rotation, no care.
To make matters worse, the person cleaning the lobby was using the same dirty sanitizing rag for everything. I watched as they dipped it once into the sanitizing bucket, then proceeded to wipe down the entire lobby and food standing area in one go. That’s not cleaning—it’s just spreading germs around.
Due to disclosure reasons, I won’t upload the video footage I recorded, but I’ve reported everything, including the footage, to the LA County Health Department and truly hope they inspect this location immediately.
I highly recommend staying far away from this Panda Express. Your stomach and health will thank you

This Panda location is okay, but it's the first location I've seen that doesn't give military discount. Also, there was some random guy asking me for food. Nothing against the people who work here but I'll probably visit another location next time.

Always packed and dirty. Employees are not nice and barely pay attention when u order. One lady employee said they don't take EBT even tho I didn't ask. My man just paid with cash and left just laughing and told the employee to have a nice day and she shouldn't judge or treat people that way. It was disgusting. And she was so skimpy on the food. Maybe cause my man and I were joking about Chinese food places that over pack the plate but the good be nasty 😂. The employee just had a attitude it's like she was even mad that we decided to wait for more Angus steak. But it's the afternoon so I didn't see why the server and the cook seemed irritating about putting more steak out it was weird. And I'm never going

Just left at 10:06 pm there only 4 option on the menu and they're cleaning up. I thought Google had the wrong closing time so I asked the cashier and he replied they close at 11pm today yet they're cleaning and have no other options on the menu. Most panda express I go to usually clean 15 mins before closing and offer to make a dish if it's not on the menu these guys are clowns with an hour left till Closing time. Don't bother showing up hour before they close they're already closed.

The new spicy chicken made me have explosive diarrhea my ass was fire but I would eat it again it’s worth it. I don’t have a picture of my poop because that’s disgusting but I do have this video of Mr beast dancing.

The food that's served here it fresh and tasty. The service was fine. The atmosphere is affected by the community.
I'm grateful that a better quality restaurant took a chance on this community. My problem is, why are the healthier options removed from the menu at this location? There are some people who prefer to eat healthy. Offering items such as Quinoa Rice, and Eggplant Tofu, is detrimental to the overall health of the people in this community. There are enough unhealthy fast-food options. Panda could have brought eating healthy to this community.

worst service ever I order take out when I was going to pay I told the woman card then she put cash n she told me sorry I put cash n she wants me to pay cash I told her I don't have cash I waited 25 minutes to pay because she have to go get the manager this is not professional have to wait for her mistake never coming back be aware about that place people go somewhere else
