That Susie who works on Saturdays at 6pm is passive aggressive and hardly gives any food. My mother ordered the walnut shrimp and literally got 4 shrimps and 5 walnuts. Everyone else helpful and polite

As a world-wide tour guide who’s eaten across Asia, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas, Panda Express holds a very unique and respected place in the global food conversation. It’s one of those brands that travelers instantly recognize—whether you’re in Los Angeles, New York, Dubai, Tokyo, or inside an airport halfway across the world. Panda Express has mastered the art of consistency, accessibility, and comfort food on a global scale.
From a tour guide’s point of view, Panda Express is often the safe, reliable stop for travelers who want something flavorful, filling, and fast without sacrificing quality. The menu balances bold flavors with approachability, making it perfect for families, tourists, students, business travelers, and anyone on the move. You know exactly what you’re getting—and that’s a big deal when you’re navigating a new city or country.
Let’s talk about the food. The Orange Chicken is iconic for a reason—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, with that sweet-savory glaze that hits every time. It’s comfort food that transcends borders. The Beijing Beef brings heat and crunch, the Kung Pao Chicken delivers a nice kick with roasted peanuts, and the Broccoli Beef offers a lighter but still flavorful option. Pair those with Chow Mein, Fried Rice, or Steamed White Rice, and you’ve got a meal that satisfies no matter where you’re from.
What truly stands out from a global perspective is Panda Express’s efficiency and professionalism. The service is fast, the kitchens are clean, the staff is usually welcoming, and the food is served hot and fresh. For tourists on tight schedules or locals grabbing a quick bite, this level of consistency is impressive—especially for an international brand.
Another underrated aspect is how Panda Express acts as a gateway to Asian-inspired flavors for many people around the world. For some travelers, this may be their first introduction to dishes inspired by Chinese cuisine. Panda Express makes those flavors accessible, friendly, and enjoyable, which is exactly what great global food brands are supposed to do.
From mall food courts to standalone locations, Panda Express fits seamlessly into urban life worldwide. It’s not trying to be something it’s not—it proudly owns its identity as high-quality, fast-casual comfort food with global appeal.
If you’re traveling and want something familiar yet flavorful, or if you’re a local who appreciates dependable, well-seasoned meals, Panda Express continues to deliver. As someone who’s tasted food across continents, I can confidently say Panda Express has earned its place as a worldwide staple.
Highly recommended for travelers, families, and anyone looking for fast, satisfying food with global recognition.
As a foodie, Panda Express always hits the spot when I’m craving bold, comforting flavors done fast. The Orange Chicken is perfectly crispy with that sweet-savory glaze, the Chow Mein is rich and satisfying, and everything comes out hot and fresh. It’s reliable, flavorful comfort food that delivers every time—simple, satisfying, and consistently good.
As a foodie, Panda Express is a solid go-to when you want bold flavors without the long wait. The Orange Chicken is always crispy and packed with that sweet-savory sauce, and the Chow Mein and Fried Rice are flavorful and filling. Portions are generous, the food comes out hot, and the service is fast and efficient. It’s consistent comfort food that satisfies cravings every time, whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or feeding a group.

I’ve always eaten here as a student from LACC, and every time it’s been great. Some employees seem more into it than others but it’s like that anywhere else. The place is clean, straightforward, and has delicious and sizable portions
Maybe in desperation?

Shawn was a great server. He even gave us a little sampler of new items on the menu we haven’t seen.

The employee serving the food was extremely passive-aggressive for no reason. I asked for a small box/side, and when I went to pay, the total came out to $40. That part was my fault for not asking the price beforehand. But when I looked at my receipt, I saw that he rang up an entrée—I never once said “entrée,” I clearly asked for a small box. I accepted the mistake, but when I asked him about it, he got smart with me and acted like it was what I ordered. Very unprofessional.
