I love Panda! I really do, but how come the orange chicken is always undercooked.
One of the girls on the serving line was very rude she rushes you while you are trying to order. I had some questions and she ignored my questions and just kept repeating if I wanted brown rice or white rice so I got the impression that she wasn't interested in answering my questions. The tables were all dirty. We had to clean our table ourselves

I ordered from uber eats tonight and my food came cold, the rice was hard like they barely cooked it or it was the end of the batch so it was all crusty. Really displeased I would not recommend buying from this location late at night

The food is completely different from what a Panda Express meal should be. It was cold, greasy, overcooked vegetables, they served you reluctantly, the staff is rude and makes comments.

Really bad experience, they overcharged me and plus I scanned my discount offer they didn’t include it on my receipt so I don’t know if they steal my money or what.
Busy location when there are events in the area but food is good. The only thing I would like for them to pay attention to is the orange chicken, it always comes out pink on the inside when they make it when they are busy
Ordered postmates here and they take a really long time. And they dont even want to give refunds.

I placed an online order and arrived shortly after, knowing my food should’ve been ready. Even though the system mistakenly listed the pickup time as 12AM, I explained to the staff that I was already there and ready to pick up. They told me they’d prepare it, but instead, I ended up standing there for nearly 20 minutes.
What makes it worse is that it’s Panda Express—it’s cafeteria-style. The food I ordered was literally sitting right there in front of me the entire time. I could see it. Nothing needed to be cooked or prepared fresh. They just didn’t prioritize my order or acknowledge my wait. I could’ve made the plate myself faster than they did.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue at this location either. On another visit, a staff member gave me the total before even asking if I wanted a drink, which I did. It’s like there’s no interest in offering proper service or attention to detail.
This kind of careless treatment is frustrating, especially for something as simple as picking up an online order. I hope this location seriously reevaluates how it handles mobile orders and customer interactions.

The door says open at 9am. Its already 9:20 doors are still closed. People are inside standing around though. Maybe this store is just for show?
