People who work here are really nice. Everyone is so friendlyā I love eating here. They donāt get annoyed even I ask for a sauce second or third time. Also today I saw a girl working for panda was cleaning the in front of the street!! I couldnāt believe it lol Iāve never seen a work team like this. Kudos to USC Panda team, you guys are the best :) ps: I love it when they say āhi welcomeā every time someone comes in hahah
The food is very good and very tasty, I had to arrive early to eat, it has never really happened, and the chaowmein had a bad smell, I had not eaten anything, I politely went to the people to tell them that something was wrong, but I think someone who disagreed had a bad attitude and to my surprise it was the manager. I just wanted them to change my chomein and give me rice and I even said I was going to pay for it, my partner also asked for his chowmein to be changed and the manager said things. I do not agree with the care they gave me.

Today at 10:30 pm. I wanted to make an order in this cafe. I waited more than 30 minutes for an order, after asking why it took so long, the cashier was rude to me, and the man who was putting the food on said that if I didn't like something, I could cancel the order. I have zero tolerance for this and attitude! I asked for a supervisor to be called but they at the root did nothing. The staff is not trained in manners and sales rules. I would like to contact the supervisor of this establishment and would like these two persons to be either fired or penalized by the employer. Please leave contacts of supervisor or head office, I would like to check the result of my complaint. If people are inadequate, they should not be working in food service establishments!!! Ready to provide additional information and specify specific characters.

Because it's on the street which they called THE ROW, and it's surrounded by many other restaurant for college students & downtown Los Angeles residents, so the food is always fresh and constantly replenished and NOT sitting under a light for very long.
So I canāt park in the handicap for 2 minutes but a homeless can live next to the restaurant? Hmm security got her priorities a little mixed up š

I was supposed to get my food at 12:30, didnāt get it till 1pm which made me late to work. I asked 3 times for a refund and the manager told me I had to wait for my food, he aināt giving me a refund. All of this for it to NOT be my order. FU.

Do not eat here they might have an infestation of roaches. I was in the middle of ordering when I noticed from the corner of my eye there was a roach on the food counter.
I like this Panda Express. The dining room, however is not very large so it can fill up kind of fast
