Good food, but so bad customer service, workers were so stressed, they become mad at you, a lady in the front was yelling at me asking to continue making my orders, she was so busy with other order that wanted to do all at once. We as customers ignore what's going on inside the restaurant but expect at least a good time to eat.

First line was back to the door. I've never seen it so packed. But when its busy and trying t. Rushton causes mistakes.. got my food home and my terriyki chicken was missing. Went back got it, it was really fatty and the rest of my food was cold.. it'll be awhile before I go back again. I was really upset.

I used to like going here, but I haven't for a minute because they walk away from me in the middle of serving me and someone takes over. That's weird! Please be more present with your customers and don't make them repeat themselves in the middle of the order. Also, don't like that you don't get to decide how much you donate to the children's hosp. They add three dollars to your bill. That's really not fair. I know that's not the employee's fault. That's the company's doing, so I'm asking the company so stop forcing that on us. Let us, the customers decide how much we want to donate. And maybe we might donate a little more. You never know.
