I was expecting a really tasty Asian Sesame Salad, theirs come with chicken, I ordered minus the chicken, so I was ask did I want avocado added (I'm thinking it was in lieu of the chicken, but no big deal, it wasn't, you pay for what you want )
I was very disappointed when I got my salad- half a bowl of Romaine lettuce, sprinkled with sliced almonds and some chow mein noodles. The only reason I didn't give it back was because my husband would have to wait for me to get another selection. So I was a big girl and didn't give it back. Hubby's was the Strawberry Poppy Salad minus the chicken.
I won't do that again, not to mention I didn't bother to look at the receipt until the next day, $4.99 for each drink is beyond me! So, for $59.17 I insulted my tastebuds with 2 salads, 2cups of soup and 1 tea and 1 lemonade. I would've come out better by just adding $20 and had dinner somewhere!

Let me start with saying Jeremiah at the front counter was EXCEPTIONAL with service. He was patient as I needed time to look at menu and make choices and made recommendations to my daughter for her choice. I appreciated that because in person interaction is rare these days.

The atmosphere is dull and the cashiers are not friendly the hosts are not friendly nobody smiles nobody greets nobody says good morning I had a online pickup order I asked for my order it was given to me my bag was not properly sealed my butters that I requested were not in my bag nor was my honey walnut butter was not in my bag I spent $11.66 for two bagels that are stale and supposedly I'm supposed to be refunded my money for the Honey butter.. poor service will not be going back to the establishment.

The worst Panera I’ve been to. I’m a Panera fan but this location very much disappointed me. I hope corporate does something about it. First of all when I entered there was no one at the cash registers and I waited for a while. Then I had to walk over to the pickup area and even though the two workers could see me standing there I had to interrupt them from chatting before I get their attention. While placing my order I mentioned that my order is for dining in but I numerously had to asked the guy to give my coffee in a mug and I still got my coffee in a to go cup!!🤯 They did not have the soufflé and he said they’re done for today and won’t make any more!! Even though I was there at 9:30 a.m. when I got the coffee the cup was sticky with something perhaps syrup?!?! It made my hand so sticky that I had to wash my hand and change the jacket on my cup. What the heck…?!?!!!!🤮👎👎 The sad part is that they weren’t even busy that you’d say they were overwhelmed with work. 🤷🏻♀️
I came in about 10am and noticed how clean the restaurant and restrooms were. It was relatively quiet, not too busy with customers. I was promptly greeted by the staff and asked if I would like assistance. I opted to use the self service checkout and was still warmly greeted by the manager Lamarr. I was about to jump on a call and kindly asked if he would deliver my items to my table as I know they do self service pick up. He was very friendly and agreed to bring my items to the table. He delivered my order to me very quickly with a lovely smile on his face. Overall the service was friendly, the food was good and delivered quickly and I really appreciate the extra care from Lamarr. I would definitely recommend this location. Bonus there is a large parking lot located on the back side of building.
