The takeout service is a remarkably poor idea. There are only two employees, and they can't keep up with the orders. Having to ask for the bathroom code or other information through the pickup counter every time is inconvenient.

Horrible... none of the kiosks work and I didn't bring my phone. When I asked the humans behind the counter they can't or won't take your order. Too bad I like their food but there are just too many choices so I would rather go to a place that gives a hoot if you are happy. BaBye Panera.
Stopped by for a cappuccino and a chocolate croissant at this Panera “To Go” location. Orders here are placed only through self-service screens (credit/debit cards only, no cash), and there’s no front counter or indoor dining area just a few benches for quick waiting or takeout.
Parking is free right in front, including a clearly marked handicap space and wide wheelchair-accessible entry. Restrooms are available with a code, provided after placing an order. The place is modern, clean, and designed for fast pickup rather than long stays.
When I asked to use the restroom before ordering, the staff kindly asked me to order first probably due to local issues with non customers. Fair enough and handled politely. Service was friendly, coffee was hot and everything ran smoothly.
Overall, a well organized takeout only Panera for those on the go. Perfect for grabbing your favorite coffee, soup, or pastry on the road.

Panera Bread coming. But wondered why no small tables or chairs for customers.. and no signs over the shop !! I feel sorry for the ownership hiring people unprofessional.. to run the business!!! Many low rated comments.. ut looks like very lazy management.. even they dont care about customers comments by answering or reply !!! BAD MANAGEMENT!!! One of the worst places I'm giving a bad rating is because of the disgusting staff who never smile. What's with the constant problem with the restroom? You have to order to get the code. Even if you order, sometimes the restroom gets locked for no reason. What's the problem? Why is the restroom closed? This is a public catering establishment; it shouldn't be closed. It's really annoying to constantly ask for the code. The staff are never polite, especially the girls.
