Missing side order. They don't have the capacity to issue refunds, only credits... they were ready to send the missing $2.99 side order via doordash, but that is just ridiculous. Not ordering there again.
For $54 for one large luke warm pizza and a soda, I would avoid this and go to your local pizzeria.

Asked for pizza at four pm and came back at five pm because they waited fourth minutes to even start making my pizza. Even the guy who was also waiting a long time and came in later got his pizza before me, and everyone who got their pizza first was carrying out two to four boxes. This is honestly ridiculous for the people working there to expect me to graciously accept a pizza an hour after I ordered while like three different rounds of people came in and out before I got mine.

It's a different price every time , you definitely need to get to one adequate person . I just don't understand why I have to pay the top 10$ just because the employee decided so?! The usual price is $18 for a 16-size pizza. But if you suddenly find yourself working for some other employee in this institution, they ask you for $22-27 for what?
